The check in was okay,i was surprised when during checkin they asked for more deposit,so despite paying online and during checkin,there is an additional deposit they ask for at the hotel.,the night manager lady(sorry forgot her name) made the check in easier.The family room was pleasant,they had kids provisions including a towel and toiletries,also some play thing.,that was a nice touch.Tries the in room menu and kids menu was okay ,however the rest of menu is trully not worth it!Better go out or order outside.The breakfast was great,lots of options to choose from (no servers to assist with anything though).The pool was awesome ,we enjoyed the facilities ,it is especially clean with the CLEANEST changing rooms and overall facilities in there.,the guys at the pool are great ,helpful and generally helpful.(5stars for the pool department).There are lots of stores just across the road incase you need anything.Check out was smooth and fast.Would recommend this hotel 100%.The distance from hongqiao though,is quite far,worse during rush hours.

I was the best hotel for my family including my baby. I stayed at the family special room for 3 nights that includes free indoor playground and Kerry club membership during the stay which you can enjoy snack throuout the day and small dinner buffet with complimentary alcohol beverages. They also offered good breakfast spread which was not the best but enjoyable. Indoor playground was spacious and contains many types of long slides that my little one rided more than 10 times. Overall they are the best hotel in Shanghai with good location, nice view. This is especially good if you have a plan with your children.

Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

As per certain reviews, location of hotel is generally convenient but not really near the metro station (as indicated) considered within the Pudong business district. Traffic seems light throughout the day + free parking space provided + retail shops and restaurants surrounding the site made up for whatever disadvantages. First thing you’ll notice (for most people I guess) is the staff’s attitude/ attention standards when checking in, also their speedy response when approaching housekeeping and then the breakfast service in the mornings are all pretty good. An above average breakfast experience means 1) varieties of food 2) comfortable environment 3) overall hygiene, including those of cutleries and their attentiveness to clearing the plates/ tables. Thumbs up for almost every area, not forgetting the tiny gym plus outdoor pool (although water not heated but warm enough during summer) except for the rooms looked “a little tired” (as mentioned earlier by others) due to the age of the building and the only unacceptable two items: pillows are “too soft” and insufficient (selection of) channels on the television! Still cannot understand why (even for during our last outing at one of Hampton, digital media was not available) at this current moment of time, I expect more from a five-star rated operator.

Very good experience and value for money. Huge draw is the location - which is situated right above exit 4 of the Century Park station. It is really much quieter from the buzz in downtown Lujiazui, which is what I was looking for exactly. There's a KFC and Family Mart just beside the hotel, and if you need more serious grocery shopping, a supermarket across the road. I didn't use much of the amenities, though the front line staff were very helpful when I reached out and enquired more about the area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room is fairly spacious, in my opinion, though a little old, but acceptable. Should also mention that my room came with a spacious balcony, which allows a view of the beautiful Century Park. Very good experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I'm visiting Shanghai.

Because of a connecting flight, I spent one night in Shanghai. This store is located on Line 2, a 3-minute walk from Century Park Subway Station and Park Gate 7. The room is well decorated, large and bright, equipped with air conditioning and TV. After checking in, we went to Century Park to shoot birds. Although there was a cold wave, the wintersweet was in full bloom. Birds are flying among the flowers. The next morning I took the first train to Pudong Airport.

Great quality budget hotel in the pretty, family-friendly Century Park area of Pudong. Comfortable room with plenty of space though no storage for clothing or cases; best for a short stay. Shower room is clean and compact, similar to that of a fitted ship’s cabin. The building itself is secluded away from the main road and securely gated. Some lovely open planning in the reception, lounge and breakfast spaces gives a calm, homely feel to the place even on a very busy weekend. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable and affordable stay within easy reach of local activities and city sights, then this hotel is just the ticket! Enjoy.

This is a very serious review. First of all, the first thing I feel is the service. The service is very good. I had to catch a flight for a day. After getting off the bus, the front desk clerk helped me with my luggage and sent it to my room. It was super heart-warming. It’s about hygiene. The cleaning is also very clean. It would be terrible if the hygiene is not clean when staying in a hotel when going out, but I feel very comfortable and neat here. It’s super great. I like it very much. I will stay here next time. Want to come here

I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The hotel provides free umbrellas for every guest☔️, which is really considerate. The key is that there is no need to go through any formalities and it is very convenient.

Environment: The environment is quite good. This can be seen from the photos. It happened to be raining when I came. Unexpectedly, when the rain stopped, I opened the window and the scenery outside was beautiful. Hygiene: The room is very clean. If I have any questions, I call the front desk and they will solve them for me as soon as possible. Service: Especially Xiaofang at the front desk was very attentive and introduced me carefully. He enthusiastically told me where my room was, which floor it was on, and how to get there. It was very nice.

Is located in a quieter business neighborhood. 👩🏻💻 Staff really helpfully and friendly, everyone I had contact spoke fluent English. 🛏️ Lovely room, bathtub (little small) comfy bed (hot duvet), nice views. If you want to eat something after 9 p.m., buy ahead or ask for shipping, there is a nearby store where you can buy cookies and soft drinks.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although our standard room was a little on the small side, it was cheap and well appointed with lots of nice features. The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean and new. The food was great and the restaurant area was bright. Next to it, there is a business area with two Macs and a printer, a library, a bar and a children's play area. I really couldn't fault anything about this hotel and that is rare. It's quite near Changyi Metro station for Lines 14 and 18 and there's a shopping mall near the station too. You can walk farther past the mall to the river, where there is a nice promenade for an evening stroll. There's also a family mart nextdoor and a spa and Indian restaurant at the end of the street. It's unbelievable what a good find this hotel is. Although it's not a fancy big hotel with a pool, gym, spa and so on, it is great if you just want somewhere cheap and nice to stay. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. We'll definitely be going back for a weekend or two.

I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I feel like the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good because I am just talking on the phone with my family. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

The room is clean, and the linen is also quite clean. Just like a hotel, the mattress is super comfortable, and the overall design is very unique. The boss's service is very enthusiastic, attentive and thoughtful, and the scenery is just around the corner. This is a B&B experience that gave me many surprises. I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the room. The house is newly renovated and is my favorite style. The overall community environment is very good, especially very close to Century Park. I have been to Century Park four times for ten days! There are not many people, I feel very comfortable, the landlord is also very good, there are some unexpected situations in the middle of the house, the brother is also very reasonable to help us check out, in short, next time I have a chance, I will definitely book this homestay.
