While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, being only a 12-minute walk to Coco Park. If you prefer to use Didi, the travel time is reduced to just 6 minutes. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Additionally, this establishment prides itself on its commitment to sustainability, yet they are still capable of meeting our needs just like any other hotel. While the rooms have a cozy, homestyle feel, they are perfectly suited for family travel, as each apartment includes two rooms and two bathrooms. Given its ideal price and location, I highly recommend it.

Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

The room is very spacious, which honestly made the furniture look small and lacking, but all the standard furniture (table,chair,closet,tv table…) were there. Amenities are just enough, (two free waters, tea& coffee packets,two toothbrushes,vanity kit and comb)but thats it. Only thing that was weird was how the window was to a lounge area of the hotel, so do remember to close the curtains for privacy. Overall this particular room is great for the price and I do recommend it as it is quite spacious and clean. Its also around a four minute ride from coco park area so its great to rest after a long night of clubbing.

Investment Building Hotel

The hotel rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 22nd floor. Security is very strict, with security guards and gate guards at the front and back, so takeout can only be delivered to the front desk of the hotel or the takeout cabinet at the back of the building. The facilities in the room are a bit dated, but they are still clean and tidy. The location advantage is obvious. At the door of the building is Futian Metro Exit 3b, which leads to Futian High-speed Railway Station. It only takes 5 minutes to walk. The breakfast can't be said to be rich in variety. It's similar to a normal workplace canteen. It's more Chinese-style. It's clean and you can take care of yourself. A good kid is not picky about food!

The hotel has a Japanese style decoration, and although the room is not large, the sparrow is small and has all five internal organs. The bed is soft and comfortable, and resting at night is very comfortable. The transportation is more convenient, bringing children over for fun and the sound insulation effect is good, but unfortunately, this room type cannot see the outside view.

The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation and a food court downstairs. The room is clean, the view is open, and there is no feeling of oppression. The pillows in the room are very comfortable for sleeping, and I don't have neck pain when I get up early in the morning. In particular, I would like to commend the front desk clerk, Ms. Wang, for her enthusiastic and attentive work attitude. Thanks to her careful arrangements, the children could see the Christmas decorations at the Sheraton Hotel across the street. They were excited and happy, and had an unforgettable Christmas. All in all, Xiangzhang Hotel is very cost-effective.

The overall feeling is good. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the apartment. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. However, the hotel cannot check in at 2 o'clock. The room is large in size, has an independent kitchen and washing machine, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. Check-in A deposit of $500 is required in order to improve the hygiene of the bathroom. There are stains on the tank and there is a slight smell in the bathroom.

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.
