Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Facilities: There is nothing wrong with the public areas. Full of design sense, the hotel has an overall Nanyang style. I personally feel it is more similar to Andaz. The bad experience is that for me, a fitness enthusiast, the hotel gym is not open. If the facilities are not complete, why are you so anxious to open the door? It’s weird that you can’t get fit with a room fee of over 2,800 yuan! The laundry fee is also ridiculously high, and a 100% service fee will be charged for expedited services. I washed 9 pieces of clothes for more than 1,600. . . The most expensive laundry service I have ever encountered in a five-star hotel! There are also foreign objects on the sheets in the room. When a Ctrip guest checks in, doesn’t GSM check the room in advance? Overall so-so. . . In addition, the sound insulation is very poor. I don’t know what is going on upstairs or in the next room one night! Noisy people can't sleep! Mineral water and kettle are not provided in the room, but drinking water! Very inconvenient for those with children! ! !

Incredible jaw dropping outdoor heated pool and unheated children’s water playground. A private fake beach connected to a 1.4m depth pool. Perfect for my 1 and 5 yo. Not many staff speak English so unfortunately difficult to get any decent service - even from concierge for a simple restaurant recommendation was painful. Watch out for mould in the pool. Needs closer cleaning. The room is so old and tired but they try their hardest to keep it clean. Unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet was terrible and the room smelt like sewage. Loud clubbing music was playing outside the window facing the pool until at least 9pm - I fell asleep to the sound of the beat. There’s no sound insulation so not great for light sleepers - heard 5-6 other guests walking back to their rooms at night.

According to my many years of travel experience, I usually book a newly opened hotel and the experience is very good. The hotel is right next to the Window of the World. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main entrance of the scenic spot and 10 minutes to Baishizhou Metro Station Exit C. convenient! The room is not big, but the basic facilities are readily available. Perhaps because of the self-owned brand, the beds, pillows, and bath towels are all comfortable, the TV is large, and the drama is great! The hotel staff are energetic young people with a very good service attitude. Before checking in, I called to ask for the address. My little brother answered me carefully and enthusiastically went downstairs to pick me up. I was so touched! Like the hotel service👍

The room was very new and very clean. However, I originally booked a twin room on the day I went there. The room was very smelly. I don’t know why, but the room was fully booked and there was no room to change. I ended up changing to a room next to the straw cloth room on the first floor. We have a double bed room. At 7 o'clock in the morning, I heard the sound of tape being pulled open at the door. It was annoying. There is no need to order breakfast from them. Breakfast is just a piece of bread, milk and a small box of cherry tomatoes. It is better to go out to eat directly. There are many delicious food nearby, so there is no need to worry about eating. This is a very nice and confortable hotel. My wife and kid love the place so much especially the toys and the bed decorations. The breakfast are simple but not quite bad. However it seems not enough seats in the breakfast area (we arrived around 830m) and suggest to go ealier to avoid fighting to get table or chairs.
