Nice comfortable room with both shower and tub and nice beds and pillows, but no step stool for small kids to brush teeth. No coffee capsules, but have filter coffee in the room. Breakfast was disappointing in selections (compared to other hotels in this class) and gave me and my kid stomachaches, but my spouse was ok. Location was excellent right on top of the Yitian mall at the Window of the World subway stop. Walked about 1.5 blocks to the Happy Valley amusement park, which was disappointing as most water rides were closed this time of year. Across the street, the Alps winter park’s ski slope was also closed since January for some reason.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

The location is perfect for a resort type of leisure stay. The service was also great. They are very responsive to our requests and even do an extra mile to make our stay happy. I bought an easy-to-open coconut from supermarket but the opener broke. I asked if the kitchen could help. Not to make us disappointed, they send us a free coconut. Facilities: There is nothing wrong with the public areas. Full of design sense, the hotel has an overall Nanyang style. I personally feel it is more similar to Andaz. The bad experience is that for me, a fitness enthusiast, the hotel gym is not open. If the facilities are not complete, why are you so anxious to open the door? It’s weird that you can’t get fit with a room fee of over 2,800 yuan! The laundry fee is also ridiculously high, and a 100% service fee will be charged for expedited services. I washed 9 pieces of clothes for more than 1,600. . . The most expensive laundry service I have ever encountered in a five-star hotel! There are also foreign objects on the sheets in the room. When a Ctrip guest checks in, doesn’t GSM check the room in advance? Overall so-so. . . In addition, the sound insulation is very poor. I don’t know what is going on upstairs or in the next room one night! Noisy people can't sleep! Mineral water and kettle are not provided in the room, but drinking water! Very inconvenient for those with children! ! !

The description of room was misleading - it stated landmark views with a balcony. It made it misunderstood that the inn is right next to the Windows of the World and I could enjoy a view of the beautiful entrance of the attraction. In fact, it's not! It's only facing a car park or a shopping mall at a distance. Can't say it's a view not to mention ”landmark”! The room I was given in the first place had no balcony at all, I changed to another one later. The door of the room was uneasy to open, I tried at least 3-4 times each time when leaving my room. Very limited seats in breakfast room. Limited food in variety and even quantity. Location is good, the Windows of the World is 2 mins away on foot and a metro station (exit I) is just a footstep away.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Baishizhou Metro Station. Surrounded by residential areas, there are schools and large shopping malls, and the a**osphere of life is very strong. It is very close to the window of the world scenic spot I am going to, so I chose to live in this one. The rooms are well-equipped with good service staff. The hotel is small and sophisticated, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the bedding is really good. I was a bed-recognized person and I slept comfortably until 11 noon and woke up naturally. The staff at the front desk also provided service and conversation. People feel very comfortable! Praise! Come to stay next time you have the opportunity.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were so friendly. A little shy to use their English but tried hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It is an older hotel, but clean and very comfortable. Lots of good places to eat within short walking distance. Some really nice places to walk at the backside of the hotel. It is really quite quiet as well, which is not always the case in China. The price was very reasonable. I need to come back to this area quite often. I'll be staying at this hotel.

This is a very nice and confortable hotel. My wife and kid love the place so much especially the toys and the bed decorations. The breakfast are simple but not quite bad. However it seems not enough seats in the breakfast area (we arrived around 830m) and suggest to go ealier to avoid fighting to get table or chairs.
