Best Hotels in Si Rusa

We were there on the last week of school holidays. It was full house during the check in time. We wait almost 1 hour to get our room. But it worth the wait. We book family room with sea view. Got 1 super king bed and 1 bunk bed and also 4 breakfast. The＞ staff there was super friendly. And all the facilities are working. Very big swimming pool and they got private beach also. So 2 days 1 night trip is not enough. But there's is 1 thing that we wish the change, which is they should let the food rider to come and drop the food at the lobby. We have to walk 15min to tje guard fo pick uo our food. But all in all, everyone is happy and will come back again next time.

Great stay! Close to the beach…. Only inconvenience is there’s no lift… but heard it will be ready soon. 5/5

The housekeeper was too incompetent and fierce. When we checked in, he didn't say that the two mattresses in the room could not be used. A stance to be hands-on.

nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org. (mkn tiada buffet, sbb masa Ktorg cuti,tak ramai guess stay,so tak bnyk choice makanan) . overall okay!

The surrounding of hibiscus itself doesn't feel luxury enough. Husband keeps on telling they are focusing on mass production rather than quality. 1) Lobby: -During the check in, there was no explanation of what to expect, what are the thing that we can do from the receptionist. I have to make the initiative to ask where is the restaurant & etc. Grand lexis staffs were more well trained if compared. -The lobby has high ceiling but it have airport vibe (hectic, busy, noisy). 2) Surrounding: -The lanes to the room are wide enough for 2 buggy ride side by side but definitely not pedestrian friendly as the passing buggy being driven quite fast. 3) Room: - The private pool is much smaller if compare to grand lexis but the kids still love the pool. -The deco in the room is to confuse (modern or abstract or minimalist). -For RM1k++ room at least please put automatic coffee machine rather than sachets of nescafe😅. Conclusion after 3d2n: There is no sense of tranquillity but rather hectic day. The exclusiveness is far from resort vibe & healing place.

We arrive at 3:00 pm but no rooms for us. The staff told us that there was an issue with room cleaning and they need to double check our room, it's take more 30 minutes for waiting unreasonable. The room is big, but not really clear, I found some hair in the toilet. But the location was good, sea view and just a few steps can go to beach easily. We are very enjoy the vacation in here. If don't have the bad begining, I think this will be my first choice hotel in Port Dickson.

Booked 2 bedrom unit. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one of the room is not working. Luckily there's a fan inside the room. No shower gel provided as well...only shampoo. And parking is very limited. Just to avoid losing my parking space, i have to order my food via food panda. Overall...location is good. Really near to the beach The reat are all ok...
