The bed is top-notch and the room is quite spacious with a good view of the marina bay. One down point is that the breakfast is quite crowded despite its high-quality food, the hotel quickly utilized the lobby lounge for breakfast, which demonstrates what utmost hospitality in the hotel business looks like once again. We feel valued as individuals and appreciate the services provided promptly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Singapore.

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

I booked a staycation at the Naumi Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I got the Patio Room under the impression that the patio would be interesting and would offer an alternative hang-out place for us. The initial impression of the hotel was good. There were quite a lot of interesting art pieces scattered all over the hotel. Check-in was swift. The elevator was however a little slow, so a couple of times we ended up using the stairs, which was much quicker than the elevator. The Patio Room was quite a disappointment though. It was small and looked tired. Toilet & bathroom were separated from each other by a piece of partially-frosted glass, so you could essentially look into the other cubicle. Would be quite awkward if one was using the toilet while another was showering. The tiles were a little stained, giving a dirty appearance. The patio was utterly useless - the space was tiny. The swing was badly stained and small, we barely could sit on it, not that we intended to as the cushion looked disgustingly dirty. The light bulbs hanging overhead were not working and some filled with rainwater. I had thought the patio would give us another view of the outside or another space to hang out. NO! Other than being too small, it totally lacked privacy, as guests staying upstairs could easily see us from their windows. There was no view at all, the background was just a pathetic ugly fake plant wall. The bed was fine, pillows were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see even a bolster was provided. An Apple TV was also available, though you'd need to log into your own account to watch shows. It was nice that drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary - a nice welcoming gesture, although similar stuffs could be bought from the 7-11 convenience shop downstairs. Overall, the experience was fine. Location was perfect, in the city and near the Bugis/City Hall MRT station and many restaurants/eateries. Renovation/Revamping of the rooms is long due. Don't bother paying more for the Patio Room (4th floor). Get a room on the higher floors.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

they cube where clean, safe was broken in pod. washrooms where disgusting changed my flight and left a day early showers where disgusting and i nearly vomited using the washrooms,, o forfeited a night and went to a hotel in bangkok a day earlier then i planned to leave singapore,, i was not impressed to say the least twice a day is not enough with that amount of traffic the washrooms and showers should be cleaned every 2 hours and checked every hour,,, staff where helpful but the dirty toilets took away any thing a positive attitude makes up for,, you would think cleanness would be more of a priority post covid

The bathroom can be quite claustrophobic for some and the bathroom door is unable to open fully due to the toilet bowl. Stayed in room 407, the bathroom has some mini flies maybe due to the humidity. Will recommend to shower in the bath-tub instead. The bedsheets/linens are quite rough hence affects sleep quality. Bathroom only provides bath towels, hand-towel and face towel are not provided. Location is very close to Bugis and the historic Kampong Glam as well as Haji Lane. Do head to Symmetry restaurant across the road from the hotel for their awesome food. And check out the quaint Penny University cafe just a street away.

Location is good 5-6 minutes walk away from bugis mrt , bugis is also known for a place that you can shop around and many varieties of foods , regretted we only had a night there. Definitely would return for a longer period so that am able to shop around more around bugis !!
