The hotel is quite old, nothing changes there. When the prices grow so much, I would also expect some improvements. The personnel is very friendly, services are on a high level. Breakfasts were very good, a good offer of various dishes, I would appreciate more fruits and vegetables. Dinners were better in the past (2020&2022), but the cold buffet is still very good. Afternoon snack is smaller than in the past, I would appreciate a soup or anything warm. Excelent coffee, very nice offer of wines. Spa is not good. I was there just once, the whirpool was cold, my friends were there another day, it was cold again. Also drinks in spa were not sufficient. Very good location close to the cablecar.

From the email saying they had hiking poles for us that we could use, to the warm, welcoming greeting we received, to the delicious snacks at 'happy hour', to the delicious breakfast and incredible views, and most importantly, the friendly, kind attentive service, this hotel is TOPS! Also, the pool is so refreshing, the spa, sauna and jacuzzi relaxing after a day of hiking in the beautiful Dolomites. Ursula and the rest of the Thomaseth family make the stay at the PHF wonderful.

Had a wonderful week at this relaxed family run hotel which has a great little spa room (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) and fabulous views. We were a little concerned about availability of vegan food but the team went above and beyond to look after us with a wide choice of delicious breakfast and evening meals.

Personnel very helpful and professional, good dinner with an eye for the presentation of the dishes ,excellent breakfast with a vast choice of sweet and savoury. The good sized room and bathroom very clean and proper. Excellent location at the foot of the Sciliar, a private park and swimming pool. It would do very well for a longer staying, the hotel direction organises many activities for the guests

The Parc Hotel Florian is a family hotel with the brand new part behind the original hotel, with informal atmosphere and we feel there like a part of this family - so we have been there for winter holidays several times. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views on the Alps. Very good accommodation with super cuisine. The hotel is close to centre of Siusi, skibus stop is in front of the hotel so it is not problem to go to the cable car with skis. Ski resort is large with very good snow conditions, Sella Ronda is not far from Siusi - what more could you want for a winter holiday

We were a little confused about the maintenance in relation to the nightly rates. In our attic room on the right side of the bed no bedside lamp worked, in the stairway to the upper floor a lightbulb went out in a socket on the electrical conductors from the wall, on the first floor in the stairwell the emergency exit sign leaned against the floor. For an overnight stay of 195€ per night, I think adequate maintenance can be expected. The points were named to the gentleman upon departure/check-out.

Sehr gute Küche ist einem tollen Antipastibüftet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Der Skibus hält vor der Tür. Leider entsprachen die Zimmer (Komfort Doppelzimmer) dem Standard einer Jugendherberge, sehr spartanisch und ungemütlich eingerichtet für einen dafür hohen Preis. Der Saunabereich lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt leider wegen der Zimmerausstattung kein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Sehr gutes Essen, super freundliches Personal, mehr als aufmerksame Gastgeber (Familie Thomaseth). Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Die „Green Suiten“ sind sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Die priv. Sauna ist mega! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ho trascorso una bellissima vacanza sulla neve con la mia famiglia, soggiornando,per il secondo anno,in questo splendido hotel, confortevole, pulito ed accogliente. I proprietari ed il personale sono gentilissimi, accoglienti e preparati. La cucina è ottima, di qualità, la sala da pranzo spicca per il soffitto in legno, caratteristico per ambienti di montagna. L'hotel è comodo per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo, anche a piedi,la cabinovia per l'alpe. Nel complesso, quindi,ottima seconda esperienza.
