PLUMBING ISSUES & SLOW SERVICE. The building looks lovely, newly renovated and in a great location. It is walking distance to most attractions. The staff were friendly, however I did have to ask multiple times for things before they were done (e.g., asking for an iron to be sent to the room, filling up empty toiletries). The toilet water turned brown 30 minutes after flushing which indicates a plumbing issue and is unsanitary. The rest of the room was clean. And they granted our request of having our 2 rooms next to each other. Overall a 3.5-4 star hotel due to the toilet and slow service.

Unfortunately, there was a significant incident of cleaning the bathroom in the room, I expected to receive compensation for it but we did not receive it. Therefore, the service and cleanliness are rated low. I choose not to share the details of what happened so as not to harm the hotel too much.

Stayed in the budget small room. The room is very tiny. Ideal for someone travelling with little luggage and 1 or 2 nights. Clean room. Location is 25 mins walk from city center but there are trams nearby that takes you basically anywhere.

The hotel has complete facilities, including a restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness room. The front desk staff is also very friendly. The room is also very large. Although the decoration style is a bit nostalgic, the overall experience is very good.

The hotel structure in question has a good location in the center of Sofia, served by Metro, Bus and taxis at a good price (I recommend downloading the app. Taxi Me). The breakfast is well stocked and the room given to me (I had the n.902) is very good, comfortable, nice KING size bed with a good view of the city. The negative side is in the reception, it is not presented in an adequate manner at all, because the problem of having to climb the stairs to reach level n.1 on foot, imagine a person (worse for elderly people) with luggage and without a lift, becomes a problem; but it does not end there, because when you arrive at the reception area. You encounter cartons, sofas, objects leaning in the corner, folders of invoices with people (they are not staff) drooling with beer, it is a very ugly image, for a moment I was thinking of giving up my reservation and losing my € 300.00 expenses.

The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.

Ten days ago I stayed there was nice So I prefer to stay again. This time better than before. The room and bed was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is good location walk to everywhere also is quite and peacful. The hotel staff is good, kind and helpful. Thanks again!

Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities the hotel has provided. I originally got a supreme double room, but due to some issues with my original room, I was upgraded to a suite. (Note: I was not yet checked in at the hotel when my room got changed.) The room was pretty clean, there were some finishing parts that need an upgrade and the shower definitely needs a curtain because water was splashing everywhere and only a glass at one sode didn’t do much, but overall the suite was pretty nice. My favorite part was the TV. I could easily go online to watch the reality shows I missed while I was away.

The hotel is well located, certainly, but very, very noisy. It's impossible to sleep well with the trolleys passing by the room from 6 a.m. onwards... Maybe it's better upstairs. The first floor is hell. The carpet is quite dirty. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Positives: Great location. Minutes to Serdica, Lion’s Bridge metro stations and easy access to public buses, shops and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Negatives: the door to enter the room is hard to open from inside- u need to step into the bathroom in order for the door to open wide. The area outside the room is not soundproof so the noise when people talk (in my case, kids talking and crying) is very loud and clearly heard.
