The hotel is nice, but the most unsatisfactory thing is that I booked these two rooms on Ctrip.com, and the hotel actually charged an additional booking fee of more than 20 yuan for each room. This is the first time I have encountered this when booking a hotel online. With this calculation, booking this hotel on Ctrip.com is more expensive than booking on the spot, and you need to pay in advance, and it is not refundable.

Nice hotel . Great staff. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude. It wokld be nicw to have fridges in the room and maybe some usb chathing ports as we'll

The room was beautiful and had higher end touches. The hotel itself was walkable to the riverfront park and was within walking distance of excellent dining options. Perfect spot for a date night getaway.

Thin walls, dirty room. Called 3 times and never received housekeeping. We woke up at 6 am to hear our neighbors screaming at each other. Not worth the price.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was great. We had trouble finding the right Davenport property, there are 3 Davenport Hotels within blocks of each other. It was also hard to find food in the area, late at night, lots of places were closed or closing at 10 -10:30.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Easy to walk around downtown from hotel, very convenient.
Only qualms were temperature and noise. Window doesn’t open and thermostat not good at cooling room—too hot all night, even when turned down. Street sounds reverberate up so bit noisy overnight.
