"The hotel is nice, but the most unsatisfactory thing is that I booked these two rooms on Ctrip.com, and the hotel actually charged an additional booking fee of more than 20 yuan for each room. This is the first time I have encountered this when booking a hotel online. With this calculation, booking this hotel on Ctrip.com is more expensive than booking on the spot, and you need to pay in advance, and it is not refundable."

Audubon Park is 27 acres of wooded and grassy spaces, playgrounds, splash pads, ball fields and basketball courts. You can also wander up to the school and utilize their toddler-oriented playground in their fenced-in play areas. Audubon Park is also a popular destination for events. On those long hot summer nights, you can sometimes enjoy an open air concert.
Guests have access to all areas of the home including the garage and fully fenced private backyard. The only areas not included for guest access are two closets that remain locked.

Second bedroom 2 twin beds that can make one king if you want. both beds have a new Lucid Mattress. 3rd Bedroom is also a Master with a walk in closet. This room has a great area for a toddler bed. It also has a Queen Bed and a 4k TV. One living room is on a lower level with 4 Leather power reclining theater seats and a brand new 75 inch 4k TV. The family room has Vaulted Ceilings and a giant new sectional with a brand new 65 inch 4k TV. Even the Samsung fridge is brand New and has a TV. The home is located on an oversized wide street with tons of street parking and plenty of parking in the driveway of course. It is located about 14 min from downtown. 8 minutes from the mall. 5 minutes from Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx etc. There is literally over 50 restaurants and eateries located under 10 minutes away. 2 golf courses are also within 10 minutes.
