In keeping with the concept of the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel , the soul center of Taipei's young people, with the goal of providing guests with an elegant and stylish space and time in the city. As one of the most lively tourist areas in Taipei, Ximending has always been the cultural and fashionable home of the young people of Taiwan, with cinemas, cafes, fashionable clothing stores, and character peripheral stores and accessories. In such a vibrant environment, Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Taipei Ximen has prepared a variety of rooms to meet the needs of guests of all backgrounds, including rooms with one bed, two small beds or three beds, all in modern Taiwanese style, so that travelers in such an almost overly busy environment can still have a quiet and comfortable space to rest. Upon the request of the Office of the President of Taiwan, some of the rooms have windows designed unable to have a clear view towards the office located to the southeast, views toward other angles could be viewed normally. For enviromental conservation, starting from January of 2025, as our first step in our contributions, the hotel will cease providing disposal amenities to guests according to Taiwan government regulations. We will only provide body soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers and bottle waters. One of the best stays I had in Taipei.
The location is perfect, just beside XMD so it's not noisy and very peaceful at night.
Room was clean and new, housekeeping is on alternate days, you can request for daily of required.
There's water dispenser, teabags, coffee, bottle water at the lobby which was really convenient.
It's also one of the taller buildings in the area so the view was amazing, we had a clear view of the vicinity and also tamsui river. 🥰
We even managed to find food establishments that was open on Typhoon day, despite schools and work places were supposed to be closed. The Hello Kitty 7-11 is just opposite, and many conveniences stores within minutes. Would definitely return!

The room is well decorated with a nice layout and an attention to details. The hotel doesn’t provide early check-in or late check-out for free, which is in line with most Japanese managed hotels but provides a good self storage area for our luggage, which is really handy. The location is convenient while relatively quiet. The only drawback is a slightly pungent odour from the toilet area whenever we get back from outside. And the room spray provided in the room surely helps in this regard. Will stay again.

I could not believe how clean and comfortable this hotel was! It was amazing. Cosy, friendly and in a perfect location for sights and attractions.
The Solaria Nisitetsu Hotel has thought of everything. There are fresh fluffy dryers for umbrellas, self-select toiletries, secure luggage lockers, and step-up stool placed next to the washing machine to help you unload the dryer, ( I had just thought a stool would be helpful, I saw it.)
Right in the heart and liveliness of the city.
The hotels ambience was relaxing. I arrived during a storm, the lobby brought a lovely view, international newspapers and magazines, fresh coffee and stylish decoration. It was a treat to relax there.
The friendly team made a huge effort to share the best in service and create a remarkable experience, and they did.
Experiencing warm welcomes and genuine kindness, I can not thank the team enough. I appreciated the follow-up on travel questions, the team shared tailored recommendations for art galleries and theatre tickets, considering and checking what was accessible during the storm.
The professional reception team, shared helpful suggestions on metro routines too, with times to visit areas and sights to see along the way. These suggestions made a difference.
The room standard was amazing. The amenities are five-star standard, and the cheerful housekeeping team were kind and friendly.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the
team who was a pleasure to meet. There are many shout-outs for this stay. The kind and thoughtful little things such as handy guidebooks and a well-kept, new gym. Thank you. I will stay again.

This newly Japanese style hotel which located near to public transportation and central to Taipei … super convenient. Hotel was super clean and new, staffs were courtesy and helpful. Definitely will stay there again on my next visit to Taipei.

Great location, great service staff, impeccable hospitality and clean room. This hotel is worth every penny for a comfortable stay and didn’t fail me on my second stay. They even loan me an umbrella when it kept pouring in the afternoons on my trip. Highly recommended 👍🏻 hi
