I reserved a room 2 weeks before my arrival. They confermed my reservation. The day of arrival around 11am, I received a sms, that the room is not available, nothing else! I was already on my way there, so I called the owner, who looked not really interested, but after a short discussion, he agreed, that he heas to find a similar solution for me. After half an hour, he wrote me sms, that he reserved a room in a nearby hotel for the same price. The day after I went to the reception to pay, but the price was nearly the double of the price we agreed with the owner of Green House. So I called him, and he told, that he was really surprised, that it was a missunderstandin between him and the lady with whom he agree the price the day before... I told him, that this is not my business, and he agreed to give me back the extra money I had to pay. So I sent him my bank account, to send me the money. He never answered, and did not send me the money. DON'T GO THERE!
