Not the most bustling area of town/city if that’s what you are looking for. But a really really nice and grand hotel with banquet rooms and nice pretty garden that looks amazing day and night. Room was big and spacious and we even got tempur beds that could be raised/lowered at a touch of a button!

I had a great 5 nights stay here and it was a pleasant experience! Check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. (English speaking as well) The location was of the hotel was great. It’s about a 10min (Ikebukuro Stn) walk to the nearest subway station. Would take you about 20-30min travel time from the hotel to Shinjuku and Shibuya! The price was pretty affordable and there were lots of amenities provided for the room. (Smoking rooms are available) The room itself was super cozy and the bed was OMG sooo comfortable!! Such a great place to unwind, rest and have a goodnight sleep after touring around Tokyo. Only negative thing is that the toilet was small and the bidet system wasn’t working. Other than that it was perfect! I’ll rate this place 9.5/10 🌟 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The location is abit far from any train station but it was link thru sunshine city shopping mall. Come during winter , the AC is central control so the room is abit stuffy so the staff offer us a standing fan. Hope they can upgrade the AC system. We do have a great view able to see the Tokyo tower

Light meals (bread and drinks) are sold at the cafe on the first floor in the morning. The elevator is arranged face-to-face in two interlocking units, made by a new and beautiful Mitsubishi. When boarding from the 1st floor, hold the card key and press the ↑ button while blinking. The interior of the guest room was simple and beautiful because it was just opened. Wi-Fi has a common ID and individual items for each guest room. Both are displayed on the TV screen, but individual objects are displayed on the screen of the mirroring explanation and are difficult to understand. The housekeeper was very nice :( She will clean our room asap once we leave and top up everything that we have used. The receptionists on the other hand were not so friendly. Its true that the location is very creepy with all the youngsters hanging out while smoking/drinking outside but never once we feel threatened by the surroundings. Definitely would book here for upcoming trips! familymart downstairs is our every night go to 🩷
