Went for fine dining experience after seeing the hotel on a gondola ride and loving the outdoor seating. The restaurant outdoor seating is beautiful, and set right on the grand canal therefore a lonely atmosphere to eat a nice meal in. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helped us choose the wine with expert knowledge of the local grapes and varieties. The food was absolutely delicious but on the very pricey side. Nice as a treat.

The train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! I received a message from the store in advance, explaining the route in detail. Take bus No. 2 from the train station and get off at the stop before the Riya Tow Bridge. After getting off the bus, follow the instructions and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Go to the second floor to complete the check-in formalities and then work. Staff took 10 minutes to walk to the apartment. Our room is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and a washing machine. The apartment is not in a busy area and is very quiet. It's a few minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. There is a market by the river in the morning where you can buy ingredients, and the seafood is fresh and cheap. Although prices are high in Venice, it is very cheap to buy water and food from supermarkets and markets.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is a historic hotel which means there is no lift, this is a personal preference but nothing to do with the hotel or its staff. Our room was on the second floor. Had a little balcony and was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless and the cleaning staff were very polite and extremely efficient. The breakfast in the morning is traditional Italian and some scrambled eggs to cater for other guests needs. Plenty on offer and the juices and optional mimosas were a nice touch. Very well run hotel and the front of house staff were willing to do anything to help even when I had to change check in time three times due to a delayed flight. Exiting the hotel and you're right in the heart of Venice and the Rialto Bridge. The restaurants near the bridge are not as expensive as other tourists would make you believe. A great place to be

We stayed one night on a weekend during the carnival. The room is very beautiful and well-kept. The location is more than excellent. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but of excellent quality. The balcony overlooking the Grand Canal must be mentioned. Wonderful.

Super location and great ambience. Very modern cleaned including additional facilities such as drinks, bottle of Prosecco including great roof terrace to relax and watch over the roofs. Great reception and fast check-in. Very quiet night despite the direct location in the city centre. We had the Junior Suite, certainly not the cheapest but in this location with the equipment certainly in good price level. Very clean.
