Austria Trend Hotel Beim Theresianum Wien

Vienna|0.45km from Gedenktafel Wohnhaus Graf von Tenczyn Ossoliński
We enjoyed our 3 night stay a lot. having traveled overnight we arrived very early but were able to leave our luggage and have a look around the immediate area. Supermarkets (Spar and Billa) were very close by, there is a fantastic ice cream parlour towards the station and a metro stop a couple of minutes walk away. Turn left out of the hotel and on the next street corner There is a bus stop but no ticket machine there and as we found out, you do need a ticket before you board. On this corner too is Cafe Frey where we had a relaxing coffee stop on one day and a nice evening meal the next. Back to the hotel - our room overlooked the Main Street but there was no problem with noise. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the combined bathtub/shower - my other half loved the bath, I loved the powerful shower. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in any hotel and we were very pleased that we had a kettle in the room and a little minibar so could make ourselves a hot drink whenever we liked. Bring slippers - the wood floors might feel a bit cold if you go outside the hot summer. We only had breakfast on one day. It was nice albeit not exceptional. The man at reception (sorry I don’t recall his name but he had glasses) was extremely helpful and a great asset to the hotel which was in contrast to a younger man there on our final morning who didn’t come across as a people person at all. A final observation - it was a bit strange having 4 steps up from reception to the lift! If we come to Vienna again I would happily book another stay here.

Very good location Very close to the subway Very clean and tidy is to play a more stable hotel Golden Hall This kind of opera house is not far from the distance. It is safe. There are many participating restaurants. The restaurant is expensive. But the corner Japanese restaurant is really delicious.

This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

The room is good, the traffic is convenient, but pay attention to the address is not the address shown above.
Hotel Erzherzog Rainer

I stayed at Erzherzog Rainer with my wife and my little daughter and had a wonder stay. Staffs here are very friendly and considerable. They also offered lots of help when I need to make some phone call with German only voice system. Minibar can always be refilled after a daily room service. It will be a huge improvement to perfect level if the hotel can provide accessible paths for disables, prams and travellers with heavy luggage to reach the elevator and the breakfast place.

Good day Unfortunately we couldn't take the trip because the flight was cancelled on the day of departure at the airport. We immediately informed the hotel and cancelled the night. Trip.com We have informed in writing and asked for reimbursement of the booking costs for the hotel. That was a week ago, until today we have no written notification of reimbursement. We only receive emails all 2Tage you are processing it. Unfortunately, it is not a quick settlement. We hope that the situation at the airports will normalize again and we will be able to book the hotel in Vienna again with Trip.com. This will also depend on the reimbursement of the booking costs for the unused night. With friendly greetings Separate
