The hotel is in a good location, close to the central train station. It only takes 4.3 euros from the airport to the hotel for 7 stops, and it takes less than 20 minutes. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city. I walk every time, and I can still see the scenery on the road when I walk slowly. In addition, there is an embassy area near the hotel, so the safety index is relatively high. It is a 3-minute walk from our 🇨🇳 embassy. There are also Chinese restaurants, supermarkets and parks around. The hotel staff can speak English and the service is good, and the overall is OK! Recommended stay!

The hotel facilities are very new, the interior facilities and sheets are very clean, and the environment is modern and it is recommended. The back of the hotel is the Palace of the Beauty, it is also very convenient to walk to other attractions, and there are many foods nearby. There is an underground parking lot inside, 30 euros a day.

We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

Great location.. close to metro U1 and 8 mins on foot to the Wien Hbf (Vienna train station) I stayed in a shared dorm with bathroom and made good acquaintances. Clean bathroom and toilet. The dorms were very secure. The people at the desk were friendly and accommodating. All in all a great experience 😊

Hotel is clean and modern but that is about it. Where to begin. Very few amenities in the rooms. They do not automatically refill shampoo, conditioner, etc. Ihad to phone twice one day and wait for approx 45 minutes for housekeeping to come. When they did, they brought towels (which we did not need) but no shampoo or anything else I had asked for! Regarding Executive lounge… forget it!! Evening “cocktail” service starts at 17:30 and goes until 20:00 when they close.. virtually nothing on offer to eat. See pics. One type of red wine, one white and one rose.. They did have coke and water as well as two bio iced teas but nothing but nuts to eat the entire day….. The pics were taken on Friday Oct 7 at 17:39..9 minutes after opening… not a great selection but they expect people to pay for this!! Money back please!! How about the Concierge.. I wanted some assistance on Saturday with a local restaurant.. it was 15:30 and I was told that there was no-one. The Concierge had gone home!!! On a Saturday when the hotel is packed!! This is so not normal!!! Horrible Management all around.. won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon!! Future guests beware..

We had one night in Vienna with an early flight the next morning, but not wanting to stay in an airport hotel I chose this hotel based on price and location, as it was a short walking distance to Wien Mitte, which runs plenty of trips to the airport, even at 4.30am! Also, as an Accor Gold member I thought I might get an upgrade on my room.

The first thing to say is that this is far from your typical hotel, set back from the road down an alley. If I was arriving at night time I may have been more concerned than I was. Even in daylight it took a minute or two to find the reception, but when I did I got a very good welcome by the member of staff who acknowledged my status. With our room key in hand we headed off to the elevators and climbed out at the third floor. Then we had to walk around a corner to find a small set of stairs, so up those, down a long corridor to find a sign pointing us to another set of stairs that took us up another floor. After a good bit of walking, that would be unsuitable for anyone with movement difficulties, we reached our room. We had reserved a twin room and that’s what we got, although the beds were at a right angle to each other, something I don’t remember seeing anywhere else before and were not as wide as most twin beds that you find elsewhere. The room looked quaint and I thought it was fun until I walked into the bathroom to discover that that bath and shower were also built into the eaves, meaning that standing up in the shower was a physical impossibility! I know what you’re thinking … ‘if unhappy with the room, why not go and ask to change rooms?!’ It is a good point, but the walk to and from the room, plus the fact we only ha a couple of hours to go out and see the city (added to early morning start) meant I just didn’t want to waste the time. Be assured, had we arrived in the morning, or had we been staying for more than one night there is absolutely no way I would have accepted this room. Climbing carefully into a bath to have a shower sitting down is not my idea of fun! It also would not be possible for anyone with movement difficulties to use this. As mentioned earlier, the hotel is in a decent location for Wien Mitte - roughly a ten minute walk with suitcases. A little less without. There are also quite a few eating options in the area. Sitting in the hotel courtyard area is quite relaxing, although you have no view and the sunshine is totally blocked out. I am afraid that apart from being a ‘quirky and cute’ hotel, plus the fact that all the staff we met were polite and professional, there is very little to recommend staying here. I for one will not be staying here again.

We have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Great location, next to the center and Belvedere. Specious and comfy room with nice view. Bathroom also with enough space. Big surprise were luxury shower gel and body lotion! Breakfast - amazing! A lot of choice, love cooking, all fresh and well presented. Also prices in the bar with good value. Very good whisky sour 👌 The most important staff - helpful, open and polite. Much recommend for next time in Wien!

This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. If you are hungry at night, you can only go back to the train station supermarket to buy something to eat. One of the advantages is that the transportation is convenient.
