Very good hotel just outside Vieste - facilities excellent with breakfast in particular of note. Fine dining in beach restaurant also superb, main dining room good albeit range limited (although acknowledged and shared by hotel at outset). Room very good and comfortable - only slight downside was live music late into night, which made sleep challenging at times, but a minor matter.

Very friendly Staff, competent reception, very nice beach, clear sea, nice sand, clean pools with pool bar and an outstanding beach restaurant for lunch, apero and dinner with fresh local food. An awesome surprise, we will come again to Pizzomunno Palace

This large hotel occupies a space which extends from the beautiful beach right back over some serious gardens on the opposite side of the main road. The exterior of the building looks quite modern but inside, it harks back to an older, very elegant past with its sweeping staircase, leather sofas and polished wood surfaces. although we arrived pretty late on a Friday evening after a long day's travelling - including driving through the pitch darkness on a very twisty, winding road - the staff were welcoming and quickly arranged for us to eat in their beach-side restaurant. The interior restaurant is large and, again, elegant, yet despite the fact there were at least two sizeable tour groups, the service was efficient and coped well with the rapid turnover. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a well-balanced mixture of sweet and savoury items which was replenished regularly. Our bedroom was of a good size with a comfortable bed, soft bathrobe, slippers and the usual array of toiletries and provided us with a good night's sleep. We ate in the beach-side restaurant on the following two evenings and the food on each occasion was delicious. Access to this area is via a short underpass which avoids the need to cross the busy main road into the town and the beach itself is well supplied with sunloungers and umbrellas. Some information on how the allocation of the sun loungers works would be helpful, however, perhaps in the information pack in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and left feeling relaxed after our somewhat stressful arrival.

We came from a 4* hotel were we have 2 FREE bottles of water daily(sparkling and plain) and we stay at this 5* hotel were the water in the fridge is 2€,and it’s not the price it’s just the principal…The vent in the bathroom is not existent, the room is very small…We came here for the first time and I’m not very impressed about this 5* hotel!!! For the money we paid we expect MUCH MUCH BETTER!! Do NOT recomand!!!!

The only two things we like were : 1. The location, the hotel is right in front of the sea and has its private beach. 2. The pool, it’s huge. Sadly, it’s often not opened and the closure times were not clearly indicated. As a result, we spent a lot of time waiting for the permission to swim in it. Elements that were very disappointing : 1. The staff is unpleasant and incompetent. It’s probably due to the overload of work they were crawling under. But, calling us a 2pm telling us that if we want our room cleaned, we have to leave the room because they want to go home is unacceptable in a 5-star-hotel. 2. The rooms need redecorating. And the bathroom renovating as the ceiling was peeling down on us! 3. We were given a room with a parking lot view and asked if we could have another one. We were told that it was difficult, but possible and that they had something else. Only to tell us at the very last minute (we were already down at the reception for a quick visit of the new room and the change of keys) that they had made a mistake. 4. Breakfast is of poor quality, crowded, loud and there are empty containers 45 minutes before the end of it. We were there in September, so we can’t even begin to imagine how it must be in July or August! 5. The beds are highly uncomfortable. Hard, small and of poor quality (we felt bumps each time we tried to find a more comfortable position).

The hotel is stuck in the 70’s. From the rooms to the staff…its very dated and not worth what you are paying for. The building and rooms scream for refurbishment. There are some positives but also a lot of negatives especially if you consider the price. We visited the hotel for 3 night in mid august. The rooms are very dated, limited equipment and the aircon is super noisy. You have to turn it off if you want to sleep. The bathroom is small and old, the white plastic chair and table on the balcony definitely makes you feel that you are in a 3 stars at best. The food at diner time is ok. Especially on the Thursday night when they set the tables outside by the pool. That was one of the rare highlights. Breakfast buffet is basic, there are things you can order like eggs but again, this is not offered by the waiters so you dont know what you can get from the kitchen. If you are a full english lover or love a egg Benedict with salmon you’ll be disappointed. On a positive side, the private beach is beautiful and the beach bar area lovely. Unfortunately, there isn't much for the kids…I think it caters for Italian customers in their 70’s more than for families with kids. It’s a real shame, the place could be so much better With a little bit of thoughts and TLC.

We had a wonderful holiday...we stayed in the suites which are truly wonderful...the hotel is facing the sea and to access there is an underpass to avoid the road...The staff was very courteous...We hope to return Soon

Excellent experience in this 4 star hotel. Room with balcony not very large but nothing was missing...Cleanliness of the rooms impeccable. Delicious sweet and savory breakfast. In short, I recommend it to anyone who will have the pleasure of reading my contribution
