Room was good but facing street and rail line, noisy during sleep time, friendly staff, generous breakfast, restaurant in a separate building, quick Internet, no cleaning of room or bath during stay, entrance to shower booth for elegant people only, very friendly and efficient waiter Mr. Sadri Nuhiji in restaurant and breakfast room, nice and pleasant food with a large diversity, good coffee and a place to return next meeting.

Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish ”sleeping factory” design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

Located right next to the train station. Easy to get around the city. Appreciated the free water in the lobby! Perfect for summer!!

The beds were pleasantly comfortable, even the added fold-out bed for our child. The rooms are small and nothing special but completely sufficient for one night. We found the room very quiet but would have preferred one with Air Conditioning. Ours was located in the sous-terrain and we could open the windows but there was a strong smell of smoke coming in from a nearby fireplace and we were only able to air it out by also opening the door to the hallway. Staff was very nice upon check in and check out. Overall a great value stay and we would consider it again when catching a morning flight out of MUC.

The hotel is nice but there is nothing next to it. Suitable for a night to sleep and leave. The room is clean and the breakfast is OK! European Features Only pick up, not send, drop off at 5 euros, thank you! (Just booked 2 hours later, I went back to the airport car and paid the good money. The friend called to take me back to the airport. It was only 3 minutes before and after the phone was answered at the front desk. The front desk brother said that I am sorry that I ordered a non-refundable! It's speechless!! Next time Don't pay until you get on the bus, see what you do with me)

Rooms are very beautiful optically, but there are great shortcomings in all corners. Headsets and bed are a disaster. The room has no air conditioning and it was not very hot evening despite not so good weather. Breakfast is certainly not worth the price and you can really save yourself. Although staff are trying, you can not stop making anything against the management decisions that have been taken there. We also had the happiness of having a building site just in front of our room, which we were not previously informed about. Our recommendation: Go to one of the surrounding villages and stay there in hotels/hostings/etc. , because there we have recovered much better and the food is much better!

Ctrip.com is more convenient than Marriott. The hotel is still quite good. The preferred price for business travel is also cost-effective. But remember to book in advance. The price will be high on the day.
