The main architect of the service was Soumya Sidhwani. She was supported by an extraordinary team which includes Anil, Sneha, Vaibhav. Finally Mr. Shakya The F&B mananger was very professional and highly enthusiatic in checking wherther all my needs were taken care or not. " A hotel can be made with diamonds but if there is no quality people to serve then it is wrothless to stay" - P.R.S. Oberoi. Soumya is that diamond and Sneha, Anil and Viabhav are the precious and indispensable team members of Taj UKP."

"We stayed here for 2 days in end of January 2026. Although the rooms and other amenities are acceptable. the parking is NOT AT ALL AVAILABLE. For the next 2-3 years, there is a large construction going on in front of the hotel, resulting in chaotic drive in and parking. Hotel does NOT have its own parking. So if you are driving a car. please inquire ahead of time. We were NOT advised when we made the reservation. The hotel staff is not very cooperative as much as what we experienced in other hotels in Madhy Pradesh. Also, the TV operation needed several requests for it to work for both our rooms. Overall, a 3 star rating for the price they charge."

"A totally different and exhilarating experience for we two families who had planned to do sightseeing after a marriage. Very homely feeling extended by the manager Sh. Anish ***** with staff. The environment took us back in time and we felt and were treated as royals. Centuries old buildings with 17th century temples were a sight to see. Food was excellent and so was the service. All kinds of birds including peacocks running around made our day. Vast expanse of greenery surrounded us. Being old, the entrance road is rustic but once inside, we felt enchanted. A must see eee and stay place. Not high priced for the facilities given. Strongly recommended."

"The people who work in the hotel are super friendly, but these things could benefit from improvement: We were surprised that we received duvets without duvet covers, which were not available in the hotel. The blanket that we were provided was smelly and had stains. There were hairs in the shower, there was mold on the glasses that were provided, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. We were disappointed by these hygiene standards. While the staff were pleasant, the cleanliness issues made our stay uncomfortable. We hope management addresses these concerns."

"It was horrible experience, room allotted to us room number 201 was stinking, like we are sitting in washroom, it was very well known to the receptionist and other staff also. As soon as i complained they changed our room in the midnight. Even that room was so so. Couldn’t understand their nomenclature, which one is superior and which one is deluxe. Rest amenities were so so, not happy"
