Excellent facility, Naomi is great manager, very professional and friendly in the same time. Yolene, Belkis, and Jenny are also nice and professional responding to any matters on timely manners. I was very disappointed in this stay. The rooms are not clean. Very poor housekeeping here. The first room we were given had underwear on the floor and white power substance on the carpet! We immediately went downstairs and asked for a new room. Based on the under on the floor and white powder on the carpet, it was clear the room couldn't have been vacuumed or mopped. The new room was still dingy looking. This is very much an outdated hotel. The iron didn't work, nor did the fridge. We had a two room suite with one thermostat. The living room area was blowing cold air while the bedroom was blowing heat. No way to fix this...the hotel customer service brought us a new iron but nothing was done about the fridge or air during our stay. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, they said the customer service manager had to address these issues but wasn't there. We never received a call back or any follow-up. My husband called back two days after we got back home and ended up speaking to someone in accounting who was able to offer a credit, which we appreciated, but shame on the hotel staff there for not fixing the problem and giving us the run around. This hotel isn't worth the nightly rate, unclean and broken.

In all fairness, the hotel is still good, but there is a flaw. It can be called fraudulent propaganda if it is more serious: it is clear when booking that there is a free airport shuttle bus. But when I got to the Palm Beach airport, I called and told you directly that I didn't.

In the hotel in Ctrip, the full payment was paid in advance, but at the time of check-in, the hotel front desk said that the order was cancelled. Ctrip customer service was more responsible. I negotiated with the hotel and asked me to pay the full amount of the check-in, etc., and then refunded it, which was delayed for more than an hour. Late resolution is also very troublesome. In addition to this, the hotel is good, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, and it is ten minutes walk from the beach.

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

The hotel is nice and convenient, and staying here on business is a good choice. The hotel room is also relatively large, clean and tidy, the service is also very good, still very satisfied, it is worth recommending.

The morning is very rich. There are also a lot of parking spaces. The front desk service is very friendly. Two female old blacks. One male and old black are very good. The breakfast service sister is also very enthusiastic. The overall is very good. The surrounding fast food mall has a good choice.

Hotel location is very close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, the room is very clean with a small refrigerator, gym pool, breakfast is good, suitable for family travel, business travel.
