Had a fantastic stay! The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable with complete amenities, and the clean bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The location is superb, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel's surroundings are incredibly convenient, with a bustling commercial area right outside. Shopping and dining are a breeze, and there's even a unique themed shopping street directly across. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and boasts a high-end design. The service is attentive and friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Victory Gate subway station, and Metro Line 1 takes you directly to Wuxi Station in one stop. It's incredibly convenient for getting to Huishan Ancient Town and Nanchang Street. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and dry throughout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a huge convenience for exploring without being weighed down. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining and entertainment super easy. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wuxi!

Hotel Nikko's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to Nanchang Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. You can enjoy an evening stroll there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful – a perfect stay! This established five-star hotel maintains its quality, offering a peaceful environment and delicious breakfast. It's also very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money, impeccable service, and a superb view. Highly recommended.

This hotel's location is truly excellent, right by Nanchang Street in Helong. It's perfect for when you're tired after a stroll along the ancient Grand Canal's Nanchang Street; you can just head straight back. It's also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the scenic area. The rooms are quite spacious, the facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. If you order takeout, the robot delivers it very quickly. Most of the staff are great, though there was one lady in the restaurant who seemed quite unhelpful and dismissive when I asked questions, sometimes even saying things weren't available for no clear reason. Overall, though, it's a very good place! If I come back to Wuxi, I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is decent. It's about a 10-yuan Didi ride to the city center, which makes getting around quite convenient, though it's not within walking distance. I booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them wasn't cooling well. While not broken, it seemed like the machine was old as the temperature didn't drop even after two hours. The front desk manager, Ms. Da, handled the situation very efficiently. She arranged for us to switch rooms while we were out for dinner. Her ability to prioritize guests' needs and her strong work ethic are truly commendable. On another note, for a five-star hotel, the breakfast was quite poor, but at least it was filling. The swimming pool is outsourced and was extremely lively, especially during the summer holidays.

Great location, within walking distance to the subway station, Nanchan Temple Ancient Street, and Wuxi Museum. Plenty of food options nearby too. I originally booked a smaller room, but got a free upgrade to a king-size bed room using my benefits. However, apart from the bed, the space was quite limited, especially the toilet – it was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel, and the distance between the toilet and the glass wall in front of it was also minimal. Also, there's no elevator (though the building isn't very tall, so it's not a huge issue), and the soundproofing isn't great (you can clearly hear doors closing in nearby rooms). Considering the price, it's generally alright for a one or two-night stay.

Five stars to the two lovely ladies from housekeeping! When our door lock suddenly ran out of battery and wouldn't open, they immediately sprang into action, trying everything they could to fix it, even more anxious than us. They quickly arranged for us to rest in the air-conditioned room next door. Their service attitude was excellent throughout. Afterwards, they even offered us a late check-out and kept apologizing. Although we ended up checking out early due to our travel plans, we're still very grateful for their wonderful attitude. The hotel is less than 100 meters from the subway station, right in the city center, which is very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved.

I stayed at this hotel alone for a business trip, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The room size was just right, clean and tidy. The desk and chair were convenient for temporary work, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully after finishing my work. The front desk staff, Xiao Wu, Xiao Quan, and Xiao Qiao, were efficient in handling check-in and had a gentle service attitude. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from my work place, with plenty of convenience stores and fast food restaurants nearby. The price was reasonable with no hidden charges. It's very suitable for a temporary business stay, and I will prioritize this hotel for future business trips.
