When checking in, the children were given a toy bag with a bear and a Xi'an cartoon book. The breakfast buffet is very rich, including Chinese, Western and local specialties. Slippers are provided for children but there are no steps for children to wash their hands. The service of this hotel is very good. There are people who help with luggage as soon as you enter and exit. When I asked at the front desk what kind of Chang'an package was included with my reservation, it turned out that I had to go to the concierge to redeem it. This was not clear at all. The corridor is very long and you have to walk a long way out of your room to reach the elevator.

It was good. , the young lady specially sent my luggage to the room when she saw that I had a child. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. There was a free minibar, a Dyson hair dryer and comfortable bedding. The butler Wang Yuan also specially visited the room. I was given a fruit plate and toys for the children, which was really considerate. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and helped to give me a foot bath bucket and good night milk.
