To me the hotel seemed like a really pleasant and quiet place, I didn't hear any noise at night. The room was very clean, a good mattress and pillows. The beach is around a 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good but there are no sunchairs which was a disappointment because I planned to sunbathe near it. Breakfast was not bad with many options to choose from (mostly Chinese food but there was pastry, fruit and vegetables, baguette, bacon, German sausages and fried eggs).

We stayed in the family room - it was thoughtfully laid out complete with a slide, swing and lots of toys even in the bathtub. Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Cathy from the reception who helped us book a trip to Tulou. Location is convenient and it’s walking distance to the beach. The property also has a Starbucks and a convenience store. Buffet breakfast was nice with lots of healthy options and friendly staff. Would recommend this property especially for families with kids.

The time was well spent, a little out of the way but quick to get DiDi or taxi's to nearby locations. Hotel staff, service and over view all excellent. Unfortunately, due to CV situation, outside pools and recreations were very limited but they looked great (pools) but no matter all was good. Rooms were clean and well serviced and the pictures were true to name. All good!

I visited on vacation and liked it so much that I am leaving a review. First of all, the staff was so friendly that my first impression was good!! We spoke English well, but since we weren't that good at it, we added WeChat so we could communicate easily. Because it was too late to move to a hotel, I couldn't wait to stay at Atour the next day The check-in was smooth, and although the room type was standard, the surrounding area was absolutely convenient. There were restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets downstairs. I ordered takeout several times and the service staff delivered it. It was so considerate! It was predicted that it would rain on the day of work, and after communication, the check-out was delayed for a long time... Everything reflects the thoughtfulness of a popular hotel chain! If there are negative reviews saying it is noisy, in my experience, when you sleep until 10 o'clock in the morning, there will be occasional noise from cars. This hotel has a large family hotel kind of feel, especially as we eat breakfast in the small dining room--after two days, everyone felt very familiar. Even the receptionists knew me by name and smiled and said hello every time I walked past. And the owner's daughter helped me with my food delivery as my Chinese is very limited. As I was having a staycation alone and was staying for five days, the hotel put me in a more secluded room (Boutique with view) in the corner of the hotel, which was very quiet. The balcony was looking out onto green! Very private and very therepeutic. The corridors were cool and smelt of tea. Inside the room, the air conditioner worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was simply yet elegantly decorated. Aside from the occasional door slamming that could be heard in the corridor, the place was VERY quiet, which is just what I was looking for. There seemed to be no noise late at night. Perfect. I slept very, very well and felt very comfortable throughout my stay.
