Generally speaking my stay was great. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. My room (Guest Room with sea view) was adequate and.clean, but overlooked a horrible view of what looked like a staff parking lot. When there wasn't fog, the sea was visible. The beach is across the highway and wasn't a bother to find a zebra crossing. Breakfast was included with the price. It was a.little disappointing but adequate. Overall I would stay again but in a different room with a balcony for a beach holiday. 🌴😉😘

This hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

I want to give Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Hotel🏨 a big thumbs up. The environment is very beautiful But the best thing is the service: from the moment we got off the bus to welcome guests, the waiters were very enthusiastic and introduced the history and environment of the hotel. After checking in, I ordered takeout. My little brother helped take out the courier from the takeout cabinet, and then sent a robot🤖 to deliver it to the room. It started to rain lightly the next day when I was preparing to ride. The guys at the front desk and the concierge advised me not to go out for a ride, as it would rain heavily (as expected, it would rain really hard soon). So we changed our itinerary and took a taxi to Zhongshan Road. The waiter immediately got up and gave us two bottles of mineral water. If you come to Xiamen next time, I will book this hotel.

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at Seaview Resort. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a pool spa villa room. An electric golf car could be summoned quickly to take us around the resort from our room. The room service food was delicious as was the Italian restaurant. Was such a treat to have pool access from our terrace. Then we could slowly swim around the canal area. Beautifully landscaped pool and surrounds. It also gave the feeling of privacy due to the layout of the rooms. Even though the hotel itself must have been very busy as it was golden week. The villas area has its own Waterscape cafe for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every pet of the resort was immaculately clean and staff were always somewhere nearby. Special mention must be made of English speaking staff member Ansen. He helped us with our more detailed questions, and gave us insight as to where to go for a nice walk in the gardens or to the beach. He made it seem like nothing was a problem for us during our stay. We truly appreciated his warm assistance. We would recommend this resort to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!
