At 3 a.m., I was woken by geese and roosters, and at 5 a.m., I was woken again by roosters. The poor soundproofing is a hardware issue. The service was even worse. I didn't sleep well the night before, so I slept a little longer the next day and went downstairs for breakfast, which was a bit late. When I got to the first floor, I was told breakfast was before 9 p.m. My family of three didn't say anything and just took the elevator upstairs. Someone in the elevator insisted that breakfast wasn't available after 9 p.m. We didn't argue, but said other hotels offer it until 10 p.m. The person then angrily said we were just 9 p.m. Speechless. We didn't say anything more and went back to our room. When I returned the room card, I told the front desk about the early morning wake-up call. The response was, "Oh, okay," with no apology. Then they rushed to the cafeteria next door. Speechless! 😓 If you have CCTV, you can check it yourself."
