A group of 7 of us booked this hotel on Trip.com and booked 4 rooms. The inn is close to the Hongcun Scenic Area, and it is convenient to shop and eat around. The hotel owner and his wife were very warm and thoughtful from beginning to end. They contacted us for the car, gave us directions, introduced play guides, and recommended meals. The room was clean and tidy, with complete settings and supplies, and it was quiet and conducive to rest. Breakfast is not bad. Especially to praise: we made a mistake in booking the hotel. It was originally due to check in on the 19th, but we mistakenly booked the 18th check-in. When we arrived at the hotel on the morning of the 19th, we found this error. Not only should we not stay, but we should check out! But I am so fortunate that the boss saw that we are all elderly people, and the appearance of the dust was very good. He immediately agreed that the order was still valid and checked in for us without any additional charges.
