Location: The hotel is situated within the Xidi Scenic Area. Upon check-in, each room receives two complimentary adult tickets to Xidi, with each adult ticket allowing one child to enter for free. The tickets are valid for 3 days, meaning a family of two adults and two children staying here can enjoy free entry to the scenic area.
Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The bathroom amenities and bedding are of good quality, and the decor has a charming traditional aesthetic. The complimentary items provided, such as the peach wood comb, toiletries, towels, and cotton-linen slippers, are all of high quality. It feels like you're bringing home a lot of lovely souvenirs after just one stay!
Service: The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile and patiently resolving any issues. Breakfast is quite generous, and in the evenings, they even provide complimentary chilled mung bean soup and Bingfen (a local dessert) when you return to your room.
Environment: The hotel is nestled amidst ancient architecture and traditional gardens. Staying here allows you to truly appreciate the distinctive black tiles, white walls, and blue bricks of Huizhou's ancient buildings. I only wish I could have stayed for a few more days!

The hosts tried to get in touch with me before I checked in but I couldn’t receive due to not having a local number. The hosts will very kindly arrange a pickup/drop off for you as the homestay is located outside of the key scenic area so definitely try to get in touch with them before your arrival (or else, expect to walk about 15 minutes from the main bus station - it’s not too bad honestly)
The hosts were super kind and the lady boss was so nice to invite me to her tea shop in the main village to drink some tea before driving me back. The room was quiet and amenities were super great! Highly recommend if you like a quiet space.

Guest UserThis was my first time visiting Hongcun, and the hotel was super easy to find, with navigation leading directly to the entrance. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive, answering all my questions. The lobby design was absolutely stunning, the rooms were fully automated with voice control, and the cleanliness was impeccable—the sinks and toilets were sparkling clean, giving me peace of mind. The hotel facilities were quite comprehensive, including a laundry room, a game room, a tea bar, and a rooftop infinity pool with a starry sky hot spring. The price was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Hongcun, and there's a free shuttle bus. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the smart controls were super convenient. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The self-service laundry room was incredibly practical. The front desk service was very attentive, paying attention to every detail! The value for money is amazing. It's my top choice for travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Guest UserI am so lucky to stay at Qinglian Luxury Smart Hotel when I travel to Hongcun! From the moment I arrived at the village entrance, I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the boss. He not only drove to pick me up, but also took the initiative to help carry my luggage. The room was a total surprise! The equipment is brand new, with smart toilets and electric curtains, giving it a full sense of technology; the lights and air conditioning can be controlled by voice, completely freeing your hands.
The supporting facilities are very complete. After climbing the mountain, you can soak in the super large bathtub and all the fatigue will disappear in an instant! The bedding is soft, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the sound insulation is also very good, so I can sleep peacefully every night.
The boss and his family are very down-to-earth. Not only did they patiently recommend tourist routes, they also lent us electric scooters for free so that we could travel around and take photos. When I checked out, the boss drove me to the station. The thoughtful service was so touching! I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Hongcun, and I must recommend it to my friends!

Driving for a day is more tired, because there is no sign in the parking lot, and I get off at the gate with the child and ask the little girl at the front desk. A beautiful lady with thick lips and dark skin greeted her with a smile. She grabbed the suitcase in the hands of the child's father and guided the parking lot across the road. Later, I saw that my hair was irritable and a bit cold. I grabbed a small bottle of warm mineral water and asked if I needed conditioner. I hope the hotel will give the young lady a reward. I stayed for two nights. The cleaning staff on the second day was more fooled. I made up the mineral water, even the bathroom and quilt were not sorted. The overall feeling is good, Hongcun impression is also 👍, more Hui recommended Hongcun's whole season to the surrounding friends

We stayed in the Mountain View Duplex room with two adults and two children. The owner's wife kindly picked up our luggage from the South Gate with a trolley and also helped us take it back there when we left. The service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the kids absolutely loved the stairs, running up and down. There's also a pumpkin-shaped lounge chair on the second floor; we didn't have enough time, but it would have been perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the upturned eaves. The guesthouse is very thoughtfully decorated. The small pavilion is beautiful and even has a fish pond. The location is a bit further back in the village, which makes it very quiet.

jasmineCCBefore checking into Banyan Tree Huangshan, my expectations were really high, but I ended up quite disappointed. Let me start with the positives: 1. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, quite decent for a star-rated hotel. The fresh juices were squeezed on demand, and the fruit quality was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were very efficient at clearing tables and setting up, so there was never any waiting for a seat, everyone could get seated promptly. 2. The service throughout our stay was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and patiently listened to guest feedback and suggestions, making adjustments proactively. The downsides, however, were quite noticeable: 1. The hardware is terrible and doesn't match the price point at all. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and just barely passable. The bathroom was particularly bad; I've never encountered such poor bathroom facilities, especially not in a five-star hotel. The shower pressure was very weak, and so was the water flow from the bathtub faucet. The toilet height was incredibly uncomfortable; even for someone of my 175cm height, it was awkward to use. Plus, the quality was poor, and due to the bad glaze, flushing was a hassle. The central air conditioning in the lobby was practically useless. Walking into the hotel lobby, it felt only a few degrees cooler than outside. We didn't want to spend any time in the public areas; with outdoor temperatures at 37 degrees Celsius, the heat in the lobby was unbearable. 2. The hotel's main selling point is its 'getaway' style, and while the environment is indeed deep in a valley, quiet and secluded, it lacks the simple recreational facilities that would make guests want to stay. I went to the pool table three times and couldn't play because there was always a queue. Besides that, there weren't many other good leisure activities. For example, the coffee and tea area wasn't appealing because the public area AC was too high, making it uncomfortable, and the cafe environment itself didn't match the price of the hotel, falling far short of many five-star hotels in scenic areas. Although the hotel advertised iron-flower performances, they were only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and we perfectly missed them during our two-day stay. In summary, the hotel's promotional pictures are very attractive, but the reality is quite different. If you're just looking for a secluded getaway, it can meet that need. For everything else, there's a lot of room for improvement.

I came to Hongcun to play with my relatives and friends and stayed at this thirty-sangshi hotel.
The overall experience is very comfortable, the Huizhou aesthetic design is very textured, the room is clean and tidy, the two-bedroom layout is spacious, the living is very comfortable, the health and environment are given full marks, the service and facilities are also in place.
The only small regret is that the balcony view is relatively general, but the victory is very close to Hongcun. It is super convenient to travel to the scenic spot. It is very suitable for friends who want to live comfortably and conveniently visit Hongcun.
