The service was very good and they helped us change to a river view room. However, the hardware facilities are relatively old, the carpets are patched, the windows cannot be locked, and other minor problems. There is a lonely parrot in the lobby, but the water given to it never seems to be enough. Every time I look at it, it is empty. There is also a little excrement in the food bowl.
