We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

Probably the best hotel on Thaiwoo ski resort. One step from the slopes. Has nice pool and jakuzzi to relax after skiing. Good breakfast.

The hotel room was OK. The breakfast was completely disappointing! After 9pm many dishes were out of stock and the staff was not capable of handling the situation.

The room is fully equipped and spotless. The facilities, services and equipment are in place. When I learned that I was going to check in, the beautiful floor supervisor Zhang Yu arranged a check-in welcome gift in advance. Knowing that the weather was dry, she prepared a humidifier and an air purifier. She was very considerate. The meticulous attention to detail made my stay more comfortable and comfortable. The foreman Yue Haiyan specially and carefully prepared pear soup and honey water for me to relieve fatigue and help me fall asleep more soundly. The hotel caters to the different tastes of guests and has launched Yuese, Cantonese and Japanese dishes. You can not only enjoy the delicious Cantonese flavor, but also feel the exotic customs. I am especially grateful to Chen Fuping, the supervisor of the breakfast room, for his dedicated and responsible service. I take care of you and let me experience warmth and happiness. The famous Xiangyuan Building and Mayu Building are all nearby, and you can get there by strolling. The room is very large. I haven't lived in such a generous and large room for a long time, and there is also a cloakroom! Perfect! The target area is larger than many 75 square meters, so great! The facilities are very textured, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable to sleep. Service: Very good! Whether it is the front desk lady, the sister in the housekeeping department, or the lady in the restaurant, they all respond quickly and serve with a smile. Thank you so much. The hygiene is also great, and it is very reassuring to live here. Yogurt snacks and fruits were also delivered in the evening, and the children were very happy. Before leaving, they also sent four bottles of water for us to drink on the road. It was so warm, thank you. The parking lot is also very convenient. The ground and underground parking lots are very clean and spacious, and it is very convenient to get in and out.

Accompanying the children to football training, Taiwu stayed here without breakfast in the hotel. This is a five-star hotel. The room is quite big. There is even an induction cooker, a range hood and a sink. You can make some simple meals here. There are two bathrooms, which is very convenient. Facing the mountain, if the snow season comes, the location is really good, and it is not bad now. You can see the blue sky, white clouds and green mountains when you open the door and have a balcony. There are also cable cars and entertainment downstairs. The food is also very good, definitely a five-star standard. Now it’s not the peak season and only two restaurants are open. The Blue Lagoon restaurant serves light meals and breakfast. The breakfast is very rich, and the cakes and breads taste very good. I have also eaten at Qinglong Restaurant, and I recommend the Olympic Shrimp Balls, which are very fresh and taste good. Hope to open more restaurants during the snow season. I would also like to thank the handsome guy at the front desk. Because the room was a bit hot with my parents, he helped us change to the family room. He showed me the room and helped me change the room with my luggage. He also gave me a fruit plate. This was a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made the trip enjoyable. The rooms and amenities were all modern, clean, and comfortable. All my future stays in Zhangjiakou will be here!

The hotel is very good. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ms. Dong at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. She helped us introduce the whole town. It was an excellent travel experience. The room was well-equipped with a small refrigerator and an iron. The hotel is located in a small area. In the center of town, it is very convenient for skiing and eating.

Location is about 1.5km from railway station and public transport is easily accessible. Planty of parking but the place is away from most activities but recreation. Reception and room service personnel are very professional courteous and efficient. Room was very clean and the sheets are actually white without any markings. Toilet is clean with amenities and clean towels. Only set back is the sewer smell which needs to be chemically cleaned. There was even fruit basket for me. Thank you.
