衞生極差，老闆有一種破罐子破碎的感覺，沒有熱水，房間基本都是隔出來的，隔音效果極差，整個大樓的物業也很破舊，側面一打聽原來是一棟快要拆遷的大樓，消防隱患非常大，樓梯走到五六層的時候基本就走不通了，又黑又臭，這一但發生火災後果不堪設想

旅舍條件極差，床都是壞的上面一踩一個洞，一個房間裏面住三户人，像極了上下鋪，下鋪沒有門，毫無私隱空間，衹有門簾遮蓋而且門簾還是壞的拉不嚴實，窗户那邊沒有門簾還漏風
