Zhuhai Hotels with Wi-Fi

We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. L hotel is so near to the border from Macau. The hotel receptionist and cleaners are all very attentive. This is not my 1st time stay, previously came with my family.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

This hotel is in a prime location. It’s right opposite Gongbei Port and not far from HKZM Bridge Zhuhai Port by public transport. Although the hotel has opened for sometime, its rooms are well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast included in the prices of the rooms offers diverse breakfast types including Chinese, Continental, English, and American, catering to different guest preferences. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

We had no issues staying at the hotel during two nights...except some ...I'd say, some lack of soundproofing. The problem isn't a critical one, but would be good to have ”thicker” walls. Personal were helpful, room was cosy and clean enough. The parking lot could be more spacious. Nevertheless, I parked without any problems - a guard helped a lot directing me. There is a non-fast electric car charger at the parking. But quantity of ”electrified places is quite limited ( 2 cars only as far as I remember.... correct me if I am wrong). General impression about our stay - good.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

I have stayed in the United States many times and had a very good impression. I was not disappointed this time. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the seaside. It only takes about ten minutes to walk along Chittagong Road. The hotel facilities are very good, fully equipped, clean and hygienic, and parking is very convenient. Special praise to the front desk lady for her hospitality and well-trained staff. She also upgraded us to a deluxe room.

The hotel is very close to Gongbei Customs, which is very convenient if you travel to Macau on your own. The hotel should be in the city center, with a good location and convenient parking. The breakfast in the morning is rich and delicious. The hotel used to be a long-established hotel, but now the equipment is a bit old. The 27th floor where I stayed was nice, and I could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Manager Zhong has a very good service attitude! In addition, I found that the Tea Palace on the first floor is very good, and the morning tea and snacks are delicious! Cantonese food is also delicious! Come to Zhuhai next time! ! !

Very nice hotel, close to ZH high speed rail station, room is clean, breakfast has wide variety of food, there are plenty restaurants around the hotel.

The price is affordable, the location is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. The interior decoration is normal, but the bed is a bit hard. I have a soft bed, so I think it is hard, but it is acceptable. Two children, one older and one younger (ten years old), are very happy and have a double bed. There are fruits for delivery
