Hotel is not bad..its only that pillows are too old..some towels with holes already .sometimes service is delay ..but it's ok....hotel is OK.

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.

We’ve been traveling by for nearly a year and this was the best sleep we’ve had in months! Miles was super friendly and made checkin a breeze. We felt very welcomed! We were very lucky and received a room upgrade to a beautiful suite, but I think the room we had booked would have been nice as well. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Abu Dhabi.

I totally enjoyed my stay and slept comfortably. The rooms is clean and there is washing machine, stove, refrigerator and smart tv. Internet is good but much better if the smart tv is connected to wifi so that the apps can enjoy….

A quiet clean comfortable room. We arrived late so were happy that the restaurant was open until 1am serving delicious food. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport every hour.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal! It's an absolutely amazing hotel. The luxurious rooms and breathtaking views of the Grand Canal make for an unforgettable experience. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The amenities and facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring Abu Dhabi. I'm thrilled that i had such a wonderful stay there.🌟

Some issues with the room- coffee machine and TV broken and faulty respectively but service teams fixed these problems quickly. Nice pool area- wish rules around supervising young children was enforced as an unaccompanied child jumped and could not swim leading me to have to lift them out as mum sunbathed on lounger

Awesome hotel with an amazing view facing the formula circuit! Special thanks to the staff who served our in-room dinning during our 3 nights stay. The in-room dinning food was so yummy that my boy enjoyed so much!

From the check-in counter, we were warmly greeted and assisted by 2 wonderful/helpful guys (Karim & Ahmed) for our 2 full board connecting rooms and wasn't expecting how huge, neat and cozy the rooms are. Then went to the roof for a swim in their not so big but clean relaxing overlooking swimming pool. But what stood out for us is their food and services, starting from dinner-we were welcomed with pleasant staffs. Overall, the food variety is not that much but the taste and quality were superb (Kudos to the chefs) together with an amazing service from the staffs (Neha, Damith and Shameem), we felt like kings and queens. It's a staycation to remember and worth recommending. We will definitely come back.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hygiene is also good. Just in the mall, there are Carrefour and many restaurants. Life is convenient. If you come again, you will choose to stay again. Breakfast is a bit simple, early is not cheap, 65 dirhams, equivalent to more than one hundred yuan. The fly in the ointment is that if the air conditioner is turned on, the ceiling will sound because of thermal expansion and contraction. The glass design of the shower area in the bathroom is unreasonable, and the floor of the shower is filled with water.

The pool was closed due to maintenance and noone informed us howver thy refered us to their main hotel Ayla grand with a slight upgrade amount and that hotel was a master piece

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close the all attractions. We had amazing time at the zoo which was totally worthy of every penny. Facilities were good and they have good choices for swimming pool. Paco bar has good promotion and the food was good. The room was the biggest issue for me. It was too small,especially the toilet. The room had a queen bed, but there wasn't much space to move around. The bathroom was cramped, and the toilet was uncomfortably close to the wall. Overall, the room was not comfortable, and it was kind of disappointed compared with the other radisson blu I had stayed in. Overall it was okay.

Place is good,very cozy. Room is big. But Wifi is bad. Very slow. Staff is not attentive specially on the guy near the door. He is with his mobile phone doing something. When we chek out,he saw us with all the bags. Not even offering to help. Not even bothering to open the door to help us. When we open the door,that is the only time he also open it. We asked reception to extend until 1pm for check out due to uncertain circumstances. But did not allow us (understandable) maybe becuase its weekend. First time experienced this in out hotel stays.

perfect. Just sighed that the time was too short. An hour and a half drive from Abu Dhabi, Ein last hour. It is very private. In the desert, there is an order to enter the doorway. I drove all the way to the front of the lobby. I didn't find my order when I checked in. Contact Ctrip customer service and it will be resolved within 20 minutes. Although it is the most common room type in a hotel, it is a separate townhouse with a door open to the desert, which is beautiful whether it is sunrise or sunset The restaurant is elegant and noble, and the swimming pool is also the highlight of the hotel. At night, it will start with starlight, romantic, and there are two floors above and below. The villa area has a swan lake, and a habitat for gazelle sheep. There are many recreational items, all of which are charged. It is completely too late to experience it after staying for one day. It is worth less than 2,000.

This hotel came with the recommendation of our local HR Department. Being an experienced business traveller I have high standards and can see beyond the initial wow factors. There was external renovation being completed at the time but hotel cannot be criticised for that. Good view of the mountains and pool from 4th floor room. Quite a lot of families at the pool but careful observation and picking quieter times was easy to do. I now know that for guest picking suites or villas there is a separate, quieter pool. Trader Vics is a feature, as is the downstairs bar. Drinks are good value. Food a little on the expensive side. The key feature for me was the service from staff. Excellent. Will always go the extra mile.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.
