Walking in, I was immediately impressed! It's a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms – incredibly spacious. Perfect for a family vacation, though I was just on a business trip and only stayed one night. The facilities are a bit dated, but it was very clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was easy and included a warm cookie! The room was perfect for the three of us. It even had a kitchen which I did not expect. Room service food was delicious and we were able to save left overs and reheat them. Breakfast was worth it for the good food and so many choices. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. A taxi was ordered for us so we could get to the airport.

We booked and paid for 3 non-smoking rooms in advance through trip.com, but only after getting the keys did the reception reveal that the non-smoking option was “subject to availability” and the 3rd such room was not available. I asked twice on site whether it would still be available today, twice I did not get a straight answer, only that they would inform me. The smoking room was terribly smelly, so I contacted trip.com customer service to cancel the reservation through them. After trip.com customer service contacted the hotel upon my request, the 3rd non-smoking room was found within 15 minutes. Although I appreciate that the matter was resolved, I do not consider it acceptable that a hotel, which had confirmed a room months ago, is not able to provide it without the customer service of the accommodation booking site. I find it quite inconceivable that they finally prepared a room for us in 15 minutes. The hotel's furnishings are old, but the rooms were otherwise very clean and we were satisfied with the breakfast. We were especially happy that the free Yas Express bus stops in front of the hotel.

Great hotel in Abu Dhabi! Amazing view of The Galleria Mall from our room. Abu Dhabi Mall and Grand Emirates Market are within walking distance. Beach is also close by. Lots of restaurants around. Rooftop has a nice pool and gym. Perfect location for exploring the city.

Location is good, close to many restaurants, Lulu supermarket, and grocery stores. However front desk service lady was uncertain about many things and just answered ”i dont know”. Valet guy was helpful like an angel. Apartment was clean. Washing machine washes but wont spin and those clothes wont dry in your room. Cleaning team does good job. Front desk only provides one key for two guests. Breakfast Buffet was just okay.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options.
We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall.
The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue.
There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours.
We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.

CChaojihuobaoIt took me two circles to find the hotel entrance by car. The navigation showed a roundabout U-turn at the entrance, but it should have been a U-turn in an underground area that looked like a tunnel entrance. I just followed the sign that said 'Etihad Towers' without paying close attention. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking. The lobby is massive, and the front desk upgraded us to an apartment room, although it was on the second floor. The room was spacious and convenient, with a separate Bose sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom featured a complete set of BYREDO amenities, which was a nice touch. The dining hall was huge, with an extensive and high-quality selection of dishes. You could order freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, and coffee to go. On the 74th floor, there's an observation deck open to the public. Hotel guests get unlimited access, which is great. We went up to see the night view and then again during the day. It directly faces the Emirates Palace Hotel and offers views of the Presidential Palace and other landmarks. Abu Dhabi's city views are truly spectacular!

I had a wonderful experience at Copthorne Hotel. The location is super central, close to Corniche and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great city views.
Staff were incredibly helpful and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the pool, gym, and free parking.
Excellent value for money – perfect for both business and leisure stays.Highly recommend!

GGuest UserNice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)

MM305697****It’s was a pleasant stay, location is great, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in very good condition, just maybe bathroom maintenance could use some improvement, it was always leaking water (at least in our room, not sure about others), so the floor in the bathroom was always wet.
Other than that it’s a great place to stay, would definitely come back for the next trip!

*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
