The staff at the reception (and also on the phone before my arrival) has been incredibly friendly and helpful: thank you so much! The room was big, full of light, very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service from and to the airport is a handy and welcome treat. All in all, great hotel."

"We stayed for one night due to the plane. Late check-in at midnight was fine. Wifi was late and unusable when I was in the room, so I used it on the sofa in the common part, but it was uncomfortable to be bitten by mosquitoes. I didn't have a hair dryer in the room, but I told the front desk to lend it to me. The room was dim even in the daytime and I didn't want to stay for a long time."

Before arriving in Gua, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a pick-up by email. After leaving the airport, I could find myself holding a sign. The pick-up fee was paid to the front desk of the hotel at $10, and the driver gave a tip of $2. The superior twin room booked is large in size, and the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator and a table, and slippers are not provided. There are wall-mounted air conditioners. The front desk of the hotel can speak English and has a very good attitude. After arriving, I found that the business center was closed due to the epidemic, but the front desk could still help with printing.
