"The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, making it super convenient for shopping. There's an ice cream shop and a small convenience store just a few steps downstairs, and the hotel even has its own coffee shop. I booked two different room types, and when I had to switch rooms, the front desk staff was very accommodating and upgraded my room for free. They were also very helpful and friendly when I checked out early for a morning flight. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Located in a grand old building with a museum interior (and exterior too!), right in the center of the old city, literally next door to the Mezquita Cathedral. Very clean room, friendly personnel, reasonable price. No parking close to the hotel, but the nearest parking is about 10 min on foot. Besudes, you can drive to the hotel for a short stop to load/unload your bags - very convenient. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily open two suitcases. The small balcony with its floor-to-ceiling window allowed the sunlight to stream in, and the white curtains gently swayed in the breeze, adding a touch of sophistication. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and the facilities felt a bit dated, experiencing such a distinctly European hotel made these minor imperfections fade into the background. Being close to the street, there could be some noise, but earplugs easily solved that. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that the duvet insert was placed between two sheets. I heard many hotels in Europe do this; I even encountered this bedding style in a 5-star hotel in Barcelona. Despite these small quirks, I still fondly remember this historic hotel."

"The facilities are perfect; the family room is very spacious and comfortable for families. It's clean and tidy. The hotel environment is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in was quite fast. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and it's not far from the attractions—the Metropol Parasol is just a 10-15 minute walk away. This is the most spacious, comfortable, and beautiful hotel we've stayed in during our trip. The slow pace of Seville can be leisurely enjoyed here for a few days; I absolutely love this 'Orange City'."

"The hotel is totally brand new and the decorations are luxurious. Also, the service provided by Lorenzo Centella is outstanding and impressive. He is always energetic and enthusiastic. He made us feel really warm in Granada. Even though he said he is still exploring and studying (really humble), what he has done is nearly perfect. It’s also worth mentioning that the breakfast of the hotel is nice and the environment is chill and cozy. And if you get some time, spa in the hotel is also worth trying. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable memory and we will be back in the future."

"It was okay. The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The 24-hour front desk was a nice touch. The pool was a bit small, and it's a little far from the attractions, but the facilities are all quite new. Breakfast was just average."

"The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant. However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout. We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated. It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us. By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily. In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi. I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future."

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to most major attractions like the Metropol Parasol and the Cathedral. The hotel breakfast is decent, and at only 5.5 euros, it's quite affordable. However, the selection isn't very extensive. If you have the energy to venture out, I wouldn't recommend eating here. You can easily find cheaper and more unique breakfast options elsewhere in Seville. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, and having a private bathroom in the room is convenient. Whether you get a good night's sleep really depends on your luck, though. I happened to visit during the April Fair, and my roommates consistently returned at 3, 4, and 5 AM every night, making it impossible to maintain a normal sleep schedule. Also, I recommend bringing your own hangers, as the front desk doesn't have any to lend. I was surprised when I asked if guests ever needed to wash and hang underwear, and the front desk responded that people only stay for a few days and don't need to wash their underwear. That revelation truly shocked me for a good five minutes. 🥲"
