The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible. Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable. Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Not bad for the price

The room is spacious, but the facility is old. Amenities are not provided full. The management should make more effort to improve the cleanliness. Breakfast is so so. Not much of selection. However, the satisfaction level is low compare to the price of room.

Not a bad option for 1 night. But! No hot water!!! The drain in room 115 is clogged. Strong audibility in the room. Breakfast is acceptable. But in the morning the staff turns on music at 6.00 and sings. Probably it's more fun to work like that...

First stay at this hotel is very satisfied with the affordable price, the facilities are quite complete, clean, fragrant, and the most pleasant thing is that there is a swimming pool and cafe upstairs with a view of the mountains and Gorontalo city that makes me comfortable and feel at home

staying at the new melati hotel,it feels just right for those who are looking for a rest without having to be troublesome. the location is strategic,easy access to everywhere, so suitable for a short vacation or work. the room is comfortable,clean and quiet. After a day of exercise, Sleep so well and wake up with fresh body. the service is friendly,the atmosphere is simple but functional. not an exaggerated hotel, But enough to make you feel at home and want to come back. If you are looking for a practical, comfortable hotel, Ramah of Kanton, New melat Hotel can be a safe choice for staying.

Location is good,in town centre. Room facilities quite complete. But house-keeping need to be improved. Trash bin not cleared & coffee/tea/sugar/cream sachets not replaced. Need to tell them.

During my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space. However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience. In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to.
