"The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day, The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient. The rooom cleaing service was excellent, by a wonderful Gilipina"

"Good hotel for your money. 24-hour registration bar. Free water and coffee 24-hour. Location is good, next to the bus station(now building around, but then there must be norms)."

"Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again."

"Здравствуйте,проживали с дочкой в Эйлате в гостинице Сахара в июне месяце.Расположение отеля не очень удобное, до моря далеко идти.Благо транспорт есть рядом, в шаговой доступности.Понравилась чистота и большая кровать.Окон в номере не было, микроволновки тоже.Зато есть чай и кофе и горячая вода это все из удобств, меняли полотенца.Администраторы были отстраненные, особо не помогали.В следующий раз навыберу отель с удобствами и ближе к морю."

"Annoying music all day long at public area. Desert ambient design of hotel came out as prison yard walk in high ceiling walls, and very narrow paths."

"Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were basic, there was a smell in the hotel which they tried to cover with air freshener but we got used to it. The bathrooms need a little update but was fine for a short stay. The pool was beautiful"

"The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex"
