"It is not far from the airport. However, an Indian friend gave me a ride, so I did not use Uber or a taxi.
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. It was a bit noisy due to road expansion work on the two-lane road in front of the hotel, but I think it will be better to stay here once the construction is finished and the road is widened."

"We had checked in late night, the staff also called to confirm our room in advance. When we arrived the duty manager, Pranjali advised us about the visiting spots and restaurants nearby. The bed is a bit too soft but acceptable."

"Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5. "

"We had bad experience during this stay…we booked standard room where the washroom was bad, they said washrooms are same in all standard rooms if you want you can upgrade to studio cottage… we had done that which has wasted lot of our time and obviously money for upgradation … and there were no much choices of food in the evening to order we had to adjust with some alternative options of food… overall this was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay … i think people here has careless attitude and no value for customers time or money !!"

Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight.
Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there.
Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.
