"Breakfast was good but boring with little variety but it was part of the price of the room. The location was great as it was right next to the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby with great food. Room was comfortable and quite quiet."

"This is one of my favourite hotels so far. Really warm greeting and very friendly and helpful team. The room was spotless, the location is excellent and the adjacent hot springs were amazing. If you have a car then access to Tsunoshima, Motonosumi, Akiyoshido Cave and Hagi Castle is an easy drive and some of the most amazing sights I’ve seen in Japan. The hotel is also close to the main street with lots of good restaurants in east walking distance. I wish I’d stayed longer. Thank you."

"The hotel's interior and all the rooms were stylish and spacious, making me feel cheerful even while inside the building. The ocean river view from my room was also amazing. I woke up in the morning and enjoyed the cool breeze in the sauna on the top floor while looking out at the city. At night, there was a foot bath near the river, so I soaked my feet while listening to the sound of the river and gazing at the starry sky. I felt so refreshed! Thank you very much."

"JR car walk to the hotel is only 10~15 minutes, so easy to find. The main entrance is facing the traffic light. It has a 300-year history, so traditional style. "The room and meals were all as expected. Notably, the large bathhouse boasts a wide selection of Tabibijin products. I highly recommend the sake lees mask (pictured in Figures 1 and 2) and the blue-bottled toner. The former leaves skin smooth without tightening, while the latter is very moisturizing. The basic set meal here includes pufferfish sashimi, which was highly recommended. However, the front desk waited over 10 minutes to check my order during check-in. I'm not sure why."

"The view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible."

"On the way home with two adults and two elementary school students, I stayed in two rooms divided into mothers and children and fathers. It was clean and the TV was big and the children had a good time. The surrounding parking lot was cheap and convenient, although the restaurant area around the station was close and convenient.
