"It's located in the heart of the old town, a couple of minutes' walk from the Town Hall. We were sent a door code on the day of check-in. If you have any questions, you can contact us via WhatsApp; the number is on the door. The room was fine, except for a bit chilly in winter."

"The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour. I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully"

"The seat is very close to the ancient city, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. If I ask, they will tell me where the parking fee system is. However, I was given a ticket after I exceeded the time, and they were also very enthusiastic to help deal with it! Worth recommending!"

"The hotel is perfectly located for both the new town … liberty avenue … and the old town  The rooms are very spacious but very cosy in the - 30 degrees outside Beds large and comfortable  Good strong showers  Excellent breakfast  Great meal in the restaurant  A little bit dated decor wise in the rooms but do not let that put you off  We had a wonderful stay"

"I stayed at the Ibis Kaunas Centre for two nights and overall had a good experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s very central, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, right next to the main bus station, and less than five minutes on foot to the main train station. Getting around Kaunas was easy from here. The room itself was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expect from an Ibis. Everything was in good order and suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was a bit mixed. On the first morning it was extremely busy, with most of the food already gone and no available seating, so I ended up taking breakfast back to my room. The second morning was much better as I went earlier and had no issues at all. The food selection was fine when it was properly stocked. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location, especially for travel connections."

"Extremely disappointed with the hotel,Arrived Am time due to flight delays,I had booked deluxe room & couldn’t sleep all night loud music people screaming shouting outside,when i complained about noise & loud music i was told there was a concert, so hoping for saturday night to be better unfortunately same loud music & people screaming shouting until early hours of the morning, Staff know what is the issue but are failing to address it, everyone is being told its the concert, since when do concerts have music running until 4am, upon my investigation it seems there’s a night club near the hotel, please avoid this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep, extremely extremely disappointed, paid for a best room and got a juke box instead!"
