I recommend it! The location is central. While there aren't many shops directly nearby, that's pretty typical for city centers. It's clean, and everything still feels new. There's a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to try it. The apartment was warm and had everything we needed, including dishes and wine glasses. I do have a suggestion for management: please add a frying pan and dish soap to the rooms. We cooked but had nothing to wash the dishes with. Maybe some guests leave dirty dishes behind, but we certainly didn't! If you book in advance, the price is very reasonable. Thank you, we had a great rest here between our flights home.
The hotel is new, and we booked a suite. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view, and it even came with a Yamaguchi massage rocking chair. There were two bathrooms, unique decor, and heated floors. Robes and plenty of towels were provided, and the bathtub was in the bedroom, but it looked harmonious. There was also a coffee machine and all the necessary tea supplies, as well as an ironing board and iron. What was particularly great was that the hotel has moved away from plastic, so water is provided in glass bottles, and if you run out, there are water coolers on each floor where you can refill a carafe from your room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We requested a second blanket, and it was brought to our room. We stayed over New Year's Eve, and the service was delightful… the reception had treats like pastries and glasses of sparkling wine. We participated in a guaranteed-win lottery and received a 1500 ruble certificate for a Japanese restaurant. In the morning, there was an absolutely amazing breakfast buffet at ZUMA restaurant on the second floor. We definitely want to come back! Many thanks to the staff for the pleasant experience and excellent service 🌹
The room is clean, the lingerie is fresh , well smelled, there is all the tiny dressing, shoes, smooth board, utensil, shampoo, soap, air conditioner, hairdress and tooth brush , water bottle 0.5, tea cafe tea , next dining room and of course all the pleasures on the embankment , all next to you.
I was a little worried it would be too small online because it only had 10 seats, but I chose this hotel because I wanted a newly renovated one and convenience. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door; it wasn't small at all. The wardrobe and toilet were well-designed, and there was a reasonably sized refrigerator. The window was a whole wall with a long wooden sill, making it feel spacious and bright. The downstairs café offers free coffee, several types of tea, cookies, and candy except for breakfast. It was a great place to relax before dinner after walking around. The ladies at the front desk, although their English wasn't perfect, were very helpful and assisted me with everything. The only downside might be a bit inconvenient for some people, as it involves climbing about 20 steps, but there's a luggage conveyor belt next to the stairs, so it shouldn't be a problem for most people.
A wonderful hotel with an excellent location and service. Our room had a sea view, and in the morning we enjoyed watching the sunrise with the bridge in the background. The room itself was small but very cozy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was modest, but everyone could find something to eat (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, several types of sausages and cheese, hot dogs, porridge, toast, yogurts, nuts, vegetables, fruits, several types of oils, two types of juice, tea, coffee, milk, croissants). You could also get free coffee, tea, etc., at any time. The staff was polite. The only slight disappointment was the smell of the shower gel; everything else was great.
The room is modernly decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a capsule coffee machine, and a Hansgrohe shower. It's just the right size, and I had a very comfortable stay there these past few days. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the city, and travel basically depends on taxis. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the city, and 20 minutes on snowy days. Very close to the famous restaurant Ogonek
A very clean hotel! The receptionists were all incredibly friendly, especially the Russian lady I met on my first night who spoke English and was very helpful! The security guards assisted me with both check-in and check-out, carrying two large suitcases – very helpful! The hotel's two kittens were absolutely adorable! The hotel's location is also fantastic; the balcony overlooks Vladivostok Harbour, and all the city center attractions are within walking distance! I stayed for a week and was extremely satisfied!!!
