The hotel is landing with a staircase on a part of the common area in the most affecting and most enjoying part of the hotel, and the disabled people are thought to have set a seat on their own, and they can go out on the automatic system. 🤍 And it was also very nice to see them doing it with feelings without any publicity purpose, putting it into the spot on any social platform. "Issue with Booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir – Discrepancy and Guest Policy Concerns A frustrating experience with a recent booking at Hotel Tasigo Eskişehir, made through Trip platform. Upon arrival at the hotel, I initially inquired about room availability directly at reception and to view rooms. I was quoted a significantly higher rate than what was listed on Trip.com. When I showed them the lower price on the app and asked if they would match it, I was told they would not. However, the receptionist confirmed that I could book the same room through Trip.com and return with the confirmation. After booking the King Room via Trip.com, the hotel insisted that only one person could stay in the room unless we paid an additional fee. This was despite the fact that: The room type was clearly for two people, Only one breakfast was included (which we accepted), And no restriction on guest number was mentioned in the listing. It took a prolonged discussion and escalation to the manager before two guests were allowed to stay—only after unnecessary argument and delay. Additionally, the rate for the second night on Trip.com was significantly higher than the first night. I strongly recommend Trip.com highlight or suggest booking the entire duration of a stay at the outset, rather than booking night by night, to ensure guests lock in the best rate and avoid such discrepancies."

"I had preferred and regretted the location of the hotel. I was happy to see one of the most functional streets of Eskişehir when I looked through the window. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"El hotel es nuevo, se ve que está hecho muy rápido, con poco cuidado por los detalles y poca calidad, algunas bombillas no funcionaban, las mesitas de noche tenían suciedad y líquidos de los anteriores ocupantes, el agua d la ducha se salía, las sabanas estaban lavadas pero no limpias tampoco planchadas. Aún así por el precio que pagamos 28€ por una noche me parece razonable."

"We went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve."

"The hotel has new and very clean rooms. Towels are packaged, rooms are quiet and quite spacious. The reception is friendly and has a team that tries to meet all your requests. The only disadvantage may be its location, but Eskişehir is a small settlement and this is not a problem. I will choose it again for my next stay."
