AAnonymous UserThe overall environment is good, the goods are of good quality and the price is low. I basically stay at their house every time I go on a business trip. It might be a little inconvenient if I don't drive, but overall it is good.

GGuest UserI had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

MMartaGreat location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

Wygodne łóżko, czysto, zwłaszcza w łazience.
Minusy:
Smród z kanalizacji łazienki, na śniadanie wprawdzie wybór, ale nie wszystko było świeże. Jabłka pomarszczone, sałatka jarzynowa od góry zeschnięta, a jak jedząc twaróg ze szczypiorkiem wyciągnęłam 10 cm włos z ust, musiałam walczyć, żeby nie zwymiotować.
Telewizor się co chwilę zawieszał, nie można było czegokolwiek obejrzeć.

GGuest UserAbsolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

HH MatthiasReally comfortable, affordable and beautiful hotel right next to the train station and a 10 min walk from the bus station. Unlike Western European cities and the areas surrounding main train stations, Poland feels much safer and cleaner, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, service was excellent and check out at 12pm is a great bonus. Highly recommend.

AAnonymous Guest UserVery good new hotel near Katowice main station. It is walkable within 10 minutes and also near to Slask Museum and Slask University. Zabka and Biedronka are nearby and the Madara Ramen in front of the hotel is really excellent. Breakfast is gorgeous with wide variety of items, although everyone had problem with waffle making machine and I personally preferred if they had hot chocolate drink as only coffee and teas were available for hot drink. Sound proof should be improved because I heard huge noise of closing doors from other rooms even at night, I guess the shock dumper of the door is weak.
