The location is not far from the subway both line no. 1 and 5 and the bus stops as well. I can go anywhere easily with multiple routes. I can walk to the Lotte department store or take the bus to the Hyundai Seoul in just 12 mins. The room is clean, wide and comfortable. There’re 4-5 convenient stores around the hotel. Everything’s fine.

Visit Seoul at the end of September 2019 , the hotel chose because of its location - a nearby stop of air-expresses following to Inchon and Gimpo airports, Metro Station Mendon exit 10, to Mendon on foot 5 minutes. When you get out of the bus, look right and a little back and see the hotel sign, located high above the street, so don't get lost. The hotel itself is small, elevator, one-bedroom room is not so small, bed is located as if in a niche, table, taburet, a garment hanger on the wall, safe, big TV, a remote one for TV and air conditioner.Teapot, put 1 bag of tea. The shower, there was hot water, on the washing machine 3 bottles of gel, shampoo, liquid soap.1 towel for feet and two small, no bath towels. The room is very quiet.Cleaning every day. Breakfast on the first floor in a cozyly decorated living room until 8-45 morning, coffee, 3 types of mushrooms, milk, eggs, kimchi, sausages, ham, vegetables, pasta with meat, juice. Over the road from the hotel, the shop 7/11. The staff on the recipes is very welcome, helped by advice how to get to the sights, on the counter there are booklets for tourists. I thank Kana, who helped me to carry the suitcases before stopping the bus when I left the hotel, very well, as my shoulder is very sick! The hotel recommends for budget travelers, the price-quality ratio is excellent!

The front person was kind. I thought it was a motel (love hotel) but it’s fine to stay with your friends as well.

It's not always because you wanted to see your face. It seemed to be clean, but it wasn't over at all. Apart from its location, the hotel is nothing special. No cheap motel level.

Good hotel experience, clean and convenient! However, I was very dissatisfied with Ctrip. Online bookings have increased the price. When I met a traveler, I said that the 700 yuan booking was exaggerated! This is a self-service check-in. The kiosk at the door is 65,000 won (credit card payment is 70,000 won). The price is very transparent.

Pros: The location is convenient to go anywhere, and there are many places to eat nearby Disadvantages: The room is relatively small, and the washbasin will leak water to the feet , When taking a shower, the water temperature will fluctuate from hot to cold. The toilet light may be automatically turned off in power saving mode😂

Motels are recommended to be booked with caution… Especially girls traveling alone. The hygiene is really average and the items are in tatters. Looks old and worn. The residents are also a mixed bag. The location is in Xincun, very close to Xincun Station. It is more than 1 km away from Hongdae and takes 20-30 minutes to walk. Check-in is at 5pm! ! ! Let’s talk about 3 points later. But I arrived very early, around 6 o'clock in the morning. I paid 40,000 won before checking in.

Don't expect a ”luxury hotel” at this price, but the Lis Hotel is really good value for money. The hotel is centrally located and can easily reach anywhere in the city. It is very easy to walk to the nearest subway station (Line 1, Exit 1). There are also many small restaurants, cafes and food shops in the surrounding area. We stayed a few nights in a standard single room. The room was very small but air-conditioned, large flat-screen TV and refrigerator. Although there are some minor troubles (the shower water pressure is low and there is no international TV channel ...), I would recommend Li's Hotel to all friends looking for a good location with reasonable prices.

I had a phone charger in the room, so I couldn't use it. So I was sorry that I couldn't charge it, and there was a stain on one towel because it was not well washed. It was good
