The room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a two bed room. The mattress was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. There were enough pillows for comfort. The tv wasn't too big and had decent channels. There was a small microwave, fridge, and Keurig with coffee pods. The A/C unit hung on the wall. My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work it, as there was no instructions. It was also very loud. Breakfast was included, and all I can say is ”yum”! The waffle mix was delicious, as was the sausage gravy and biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a clean, friendly motel.

My friend and I stayed in town for the edger Allen Poe speakeasy and this was so close to it. Very welcoming feeling and enjoyed the face wash.

The first time I stayed at the motel, the picture was close to the Alheini National Forest Park. The hotel uncle was very enthusiastic. The hotel had no problem with temporary rest. The two big and two small lived in tension. The noise was a bit loud. It was close to the road. The backyard could be open fire. It was very free!

It smells good when you enter the room, the breakfast is average and there is no meat.
Stayed for three days and saw dogs coming in and out every day. This hotel allows pets to stay in, and it is not layered. Every room is OK, so the rooms are basically smelly.
Can't stand the smell, check out for a hotel.

GGuest UserOnce inside my room it was clean I had an issue with my code to get in my room 2 people and 20 minutes later I was given a key cause no one could retrieve my code I was the third party checking in that day who had issues with their code I am not sure where the miscommunication is whether it is the booking company or the hotel something needs to be done

Amazing
Travelled with my husband to visit family in the area. Cianci's was the perfect place to get away from the pandemonium. The beds, albeit noisy, are comfortable, as are the pillows. Tv worked well, and we appreciated the drip coffee maker (we made coffee from our own coffee). The little fridge had a small freezer, enough to freeze couple bottles of water and ice packs. Bathroom was clean and there were two hotel size soaps. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. This didn't bother us, as we had our own. Breakfast is very basic, but it was fine for us. We would absolutely stay at Cianci's again.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was friendly and explain everything to us. When we open the room door we smell a bad odor( like the room was closed for a long time and no body opened the window to have a fresh air) the building and the rooms needs an update, it’s old, specially the mattress, my brother in law didn’t sleep well and had a back pain because of the mattress.
The breakfast was ok,( toast, coffee, milk and juice)
They should upgrade the rooms.

Very Good
It was nice. No issues. Employees good. All in all, a good place. A little out there away from the city, but if you're in the area, it will work. Good place. Good people. Its pittsburgh area. People gonna be nice. Some amenities nearby. Food and stores.
