Excellent, very clean hotel with outdoor swimming pool, gym, huge table football for 6 people it seems to me, swing in the hotel which gives a very designer feel, we spent a very good weekend in this hotel 10 minutes away on foot from Walibi and Aqualibi and there is everything you need within 10 minutes by car in the surrounding area. I am unfortunately disappointed with my stay at Dolce la Hulpe in Brussels for several reasons. I stayed 5 days and planned a solo trip to unwind but I didn't feel good there. When I arrived, the welcome was very brief with no explanation of how the hotel works and what it offers. I was directly advised to read the information on the site. Furthermore, it took me almost an hour to find my hotel room, it was poorly indicated to me and they did not take the time to at least show me the building (which was really right next to the reception ). I was also surprised to see debits of €50, €53.75 and €103.75 on my account in the name of the hotel, not understanding I went to ask the reception why. I was told that this was a pre-authorization so that it could ensure that I had the necessary money if I ever damaged my hotel room. However, in my contract at no point did it stipulate that I would have pre-authorization, which put me in a disconcerting situation since I needed this money. If I had been made aware of this system before booking I would not have gone there as I did not have sufficient means. So I was very angry at this lack of information which seems illegal to me. I would like to point out that upon my arrival I gave my security deposit which was clearly stipulated in the contract and that I only had €50 in total. In addition, I had the surprise when leaving my room, to hear all the antics of the rooms next door, with no soundproofing we hear everything. This made me relatively uncomfortable because it was in particular the room right opposite mine where I even heard screams, very disturbing things... Then, to finish the restaurant... much too expensive compared to the quality of the products. I paid €23 for a Caesar salad with only salad ingredients, 3 poor pieces of chicken and parmesan shavings. At this price I expected more toppings. I also paid €11 for an aperol spritz and €9 for a bottle of water that I couldn't even finish. I will not come back because the blocked amounts are clearly huge and strange with cents???

There are not many restaurants around, so I need to eat in the town 3 kilometers away. But the hygiene and environment are very good. At that time, I booked this hotel mainly because it was close to the business trip company.

The place is great the people are very hospitable and heartwarming thank you for the great service especially the front desk and concierge. The food is great too!

In addition to the price is a bit expensive, everything else is fine. Parking charges, 22 euros a day, the underground garage is not very easy to find, according to the signboard, it takes some time. The hotel is in the university town, the environment is good, and there are many choices for eating around.

Tout se bien passé

As always, ibis is high, but very bad noise insulation. At 6 a.m. you will wake up from the noise of cars on the street, and closer to 8 a.m. you will be awakened by neighbors, because they are heard as they include water, steps in the hallway and a horrible scratch in the bathroom. Make sure you won't wake up after 8:00! Free parking at the hotel. You can drink for €5 glass of Belgian beer on the tap. And as always in ibis there is no refrigerator that it is time to change!

Small clean hotel, 20 rooms with a small kitchen om the hotel rooms. Breakfast of 8 euro had only one Jam and butter for 3 pieces of bread.

Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!! It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

Je remercie le gérant de l’hôtel car j’ai eu un soucis au niveau de mes réservations et celui ci a été hyper compréhensif et à gérer le problème avec succès ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et très belle chambre pour le Best Western celui de Ruisbroek il me semble n’est pas du tout ressemblant à celui ci. Merci pour l’accueil et ma solution trouver.
