1. Serious graphics and text do not match, the deluxe twin room is set, the picture promotion has a sea view. But the room given is on the 2nd floor, and the front desk said that there is no room on the high floor. The room doesn't even have windows. There is a light-transmitting glass window. The whole layout is similar to the university dormitory. I'm really sorry for the price.
2. There is no private beach, which does not match the hotel's promotion. The nearest beach takes about 15 minutes by taxi.
3. The promotion is written as free pick-up, but the pick-up service is booked a week in advance, saying that the pick-up is full. I can take a taxi by myself.
4. The environment is average, the layout of the room is like a university dormitory, very dense, the basic room has no breathable windows, and there is no ventilation fan. There are also very few buffet categories.
5. Ctrip customer service is very good, has been helping to coordinate the pick-up. The front desk and restaurant waiters are also good.

The stay was very pleasant because we chose a bungalow and it's like being in the middle of nature, the delicious food of the restaurant El Faro located in the hotel facilities, The excellent service has staff that make it feel at home .....The only recommendation is maintenance to bungalows, they looked a little disappointed but we could notice that in some they were already making maintenance.
The hotel is excellent, there is a shopping centre next to it and the area is very quiet and safe.

To be improved decisively.
To try at least once to relax from Monday to Friday.
To avoid Saturday and Sunday and holidays if you look for peace and tranquility. For the rest you can always improve.

We had a wonderful stay at Eolia. The hotel is very stylish and the bungalow we rented exceeded all our expectations. Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and the sea view is amazing! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and always available to answer any questions! We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend the hotel! Thanks to the whole team! :)
