The comfortable room, and enough small hotel with good location, very friendly staff and buffet breakfast varied and enough, easy parking and very clean

Very very recommendable .And we say it with knowledge of cause because I see traveled around the world and this is one of the best .😍😍 Simple but very elegant designed and with a schizzy taste , sculptures art works , The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet, the breakfast was very good buffet style, it's on the outskirts of Mérida although you can get to the center in 5 minutes by car, it's next to a shopping center, burger, Carrefour, the experience was very good.

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

The hotel’s location is about 25 mins walk from the stations (bus and train). And is just a minute or two from Plaza Mayor. When checking in, check your email as they might have sent you instructions on how to get in. Otherwise, call them through the phone number provided as there might be a time wherein the staff is occupied with another task. There is no receptionist that can assist you whenever but they are very accommodating when you call them.

The apartment was very nice. The location was very good. We were right in the city centre. they had a kitchen which made it easy to cook own meals also washing machine to clean out clothes. It was very clean. There were too large beds that were very comfortable. However, the only issue was that there was no available parking however the staff did recommend a place to park which was very helpful. Overall, I’d recommend this place to stay.

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

The hotel lobby is actually on the second floor. Luckily, there's an elevator on the ground floor; otherwise, it would have been difficult to carry my luggage up to the lobby. The hotel seems to be a business-oriented establishment. The service was adequate, without major errors but not very efficient. On the day I checked out, there was only one person at the front desk because they needed to contact a taxi company for me. The people checking in after me seemed a bit rushed, and no other staff came to help. The room facilities were old; the desk lamp wasn't working, and they only replaced it with a working one after I requested it (they initially said they would come to repair it the next day, but I insisted on replacing it that day). The room phone also didn't work, so I had to make an international call to the front desk to request a replacement lamp. The next day, after breakfast, my room key wouldn't work, so I had to go to the front desk. After that, it still wouldn't work at my room door, so I had to go back to the front desk again, which was a bit of a hassle, although the front desk staff were friendly. While the breakfast selection was up to four-star standards, the replenishment was extremely slow. During my stay, the breakfast area wasn't even full; I can't imagine what it would be like when it was full. Overall, my stay was not very good. The location is good; the castle is within walking distance, and the Parma gate is very close.
