The hotel is located in the centre of the city with very close bars and restaurants, very comfortable bed and fast wifi. for the price they have an inexpensive price relationship. I chose a studio and are very cozy. very well equipped kitchen and refrigerator with frozener (for a 7-day stay like myself has been very good for me)

The hotel was difficult to find. They have no plate to see on the corners. It is close to the historical center. Very close to the Spanish square. It is relatively close to other historical places in the city. When the Extremadura was careful about the schedules, especially in the heat season, the hotel was a strange one, the girl that received us was kind, bad one had not one map, it shouldn't be her fault, the size of the room was small. The coat had no hair, I had to sleep with a shirt I stopped not putting my face on the fabric. The tb soap was not there. I had air conditioning. We didn't call bad. It's a refrigerator. I was off, we didn't call it. The place is half old. The night was very noisy, people came in TV, talking, they didn't respect the time, because TB had no phone, we had to go down there, not the case, at least with lift.

I staid here 10 years ago and while the decor hasn’t changed much, nor has the excellent service The rooms are a little tired but the beds are luxurious there’s a fridge in each room and bottles of water were topped up each day.

We really liked this hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. Nice size pool with plenty of sun lounges. Location was good, it was an easy walk to Plaza Mayor with lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as accessing the towns main attractions. We had a car and managed to find street parking just opposite, they do have a loading zone at the front if you want to drop off your bags and then drive and find parking (if nothing in the street near the hotel, try the streets near Leclerc Supermarket)

We last stayed here four years ago and liked it a lot. This time we really loved it! We came back on the strength of the hotel being so close to all the historic sights and because of the fabulous apple cake at the breakfast buffet. Both were still as good! We had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor and, thanks to two sets of double glazed windows, it was nice and quiet. Modern and with everything we needed: a safe, fridge, nice toiletries, comfy beds. All the staff were so friendly, especially the young man on reception from Zafra. Highly recommended. We were from Friday to Sunday and were looking for a stay**** longer. It was highlighting the size of the rooms and common stays. Isabel's exquisite attention. We are thinking about the next escape that will certainly be there

We have been the Finn week visiting Caceres, it is out there and if you have no car the center walk to the hotel is d half an hour and a quite alone path, that only cars pass, that should be warned and the rest, The hotel was a great stay, the receptionist very kindly served us and even recommended places to ask for food to take it to the room, as we were very tired was a good thing, the rooms were very well-conditioned, They lack a face wash in painting and some other detail and the lighting of the corridors takes the sensors to detect the movement and prevents the lift from being accessed quickly in the night, for the rest of the very correct buffet breakfast and for €5 is more than acceptable, we would go back and even recommend it for those who want to escape a little chaos by the Womad

We used this hotel as a stopping point on the way to the Algarve, it is ideally situated near the main road. My husband is a wheelchair user and we asked for an accessible room (room 123) which was perfect. The twin beds are large and a good height for a wheelchair transfer, there is room under the bed for a hoist too. We moved the bed against the wall to help him with the transfer, plenty of room to manoeuvre his chair. Excellent bathroom for his needs too. The staff are very kind and helpful, we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and we very well looked after during the evening. Lots of parking and easy to find. Really pleased with this hotel and we have booked to stay again later this month.
