Decided to book as travelling from Cotswolds to Whiston for a hospital visit. Sooo pleased we did! Excellent location. Lovely exterior and easy parking. Very warm welcome when arriving and very easy to book in. Staff are happy, cheerful, helpful and pleasant not only to the customers but also each other. This is a rarity these days in this industry and is heartwarming to see and encounter. The room was quite large, so was the bathroom. All rooms are at the back of the building with a very cosy and pleasant passageway to them. A warm, quiet, and peaceful nights sleep in a very comfortable room. We dined here and had breakfast too. Nothing was too much bother. Portions for the evening meal were on the generous side and the food was delicious. I would say this hotel is a little gem and would return any time. I've already recommended it to family!

Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. The hotel was OK, quite basic but it did the job. The service was good, anything you ask for and they help you immediately. We stayed for 6 nights which is too much but we were on a family visit in the area. If you don't use a car, don't go there. It's in an isloated industrial business park. Some plates and cups at breakfast weren't completely clean. Rooms are not cleaned every day.
