Excellent hotel with a high level of service! Initially, we purchased a room with a garden view, which was very comfortable, but the TV did not work. We contacted the reception, and the head manager suggested that we consider other options, in a much higher category! We were ready to pay, but they provided it to us for free :) The view was gorgeous! Excellent filling of the room, there is everything! With its own kitchen, very convenient! There is also a pool with sun loungers. Before this, we stayed at Montenegro Lodge, which was 3 times more expensive and the service was just terrible (the promised transfer simply did not come for us, to which the reception simply shrugged their shoulders, although I called them from the airport!). These 2 hotels are located right next door and we are happy that we found Casa Collection! Thank you for everything and good luck! We will recommend you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The service was excellent. The front desk guy helped us extend our check-out time for free and arranged a car for us to Budva. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also very convenient—the meals were delivered to our room, so we could enjoy delicious food while admiring the view from the balcony. Overall, the experience was great! Except for the slightly poor soundproofing of the room, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around

The location is a bit hard to reach on foot, but we knew that when we booked since we had a rental car. There's plenty of parking both outside and inside. It's currently off-season, and the hotel is still getting ready for it, so the interior grounds aren't spruced up yet. The room isn't visually perfect: the sofas are a bit worn, and the laminate flooring is slightly warped. But for us, that wasn't an issue; we're not picky. The room has everything you need for cooking (except salt and oil), which was a lifesaver because eating out all the time can get expensive! Plus, there's even a dishwasher with tablets. We went to the gym a couple of times. The equipment is a bit old, but still usable. There was also a sauna, but we didn't get around to using it. The TVs support YouTube, which was a nice bonus. The view from the room was also excellent, overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The staff were polite and always ready to help. It's funny, we extended our stay twice! We really liked it that much.

The room was exactly as pictured – spotlessly clean, very modern, and fully equipped for cooking with all necessary dishes and utensils. A small path leads directly down the slope to the beach, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. For convenient shopping, there's a supermarket just a right turn down the slope. The old town is about a 15-minute walk away. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a fantastic stay!

It was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks. 1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place. 2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again. 3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too! By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems. 4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems. 5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!). As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

Hotel and room in particular are stunning, clean, spacious. Breakfast offers 2 options: continental and Montenegro. The hotel is located in the old city and it is necessary to take into account that there are many bars below, parties in which take place until 01:00. The staff at the respiratory station could not remember me for 4 days each time asking if I went to a rooftop restaurant. Asked about the transfer to Dobra Water, they said that you need to know (heard that I was discussing) but no one came back. In the restaurant on breakfast and in the restaurant roof all were very kind, remembered and very nicely communicated.

I don't know why there are so many high and low reviews online. Anyway, I feel it's pretty good. The facilities are also OK. It's a standard three-star small hotel. After all, it's at this price. The front desk is very warm and the service is very good. I booked a mountain view room and was given a sea view room with a balcony. I am satisfied! You can go swimming in the sea at the door of the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is also a dock for cruise ships. You can take a boat directly at the door of the hotel without going to the old town. Of course, if you want to go to the old town, you have to take a bus at the door. It's not that close. The breakfast is also good, but the seafood restaurant nearby directly gives English menus. It's more expensive, not quite at the level of Montenegro, maybe because this is Kotor.

Rested in this hotel for 3 days. From 20-23.04 we all liked it. The service is excellent. Very tasty and diverse Swedish table. A stunning view from the window. The only moist in the rooms. The hotel has its own beach and there you can have breakfast in the morning. The hotel is recommended and would like to return again.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The overall stay is fantastic, highly recommended!
